Abstract
ABSTRAK Komunikasi matematis, dan pemecahan masalah matematis merupakan keterampilan matematika dasar yang dibutuhkan siswa untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan. Merajuk pada hasil pra penelitian diperolah bahwa komunikasi matematis siswa masih lemah karena hasil rata-rata tes masih di bawah KKM. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa juga masih rendah karena minat siswa yang kurang dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika yang membutuhkan banyak strategi. Melihat hal itu penulis melaksanakan penelitian dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasy experiment dengan desain penelitian post-test only control group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA I dan XI IPA 2 dengan teknik sampling acak sederhana (simple random Sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa tes, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik prasyarat yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas multivariat serta uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Multivatriat Analysis Of Variance (Manova) Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan Problem Based Learning berbantuan GeoGebra terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa SMA. Referring to the pre-research results, it was found that students' mathematical communication was still weak because the average test results were still below the KKM. Student’s mathematical problem solving abilities are also still low due to students' lack of interest in solving mathematical problems that require a lot of strategies.Seeing this, the author carried out research using the Problem Based Learning learning model. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi�experimental research type with a post-test only control group research design. The sample in this study was students in class XI IPA I and XI IPA 2 using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research include tests, documentation and observation. The prerequisite techniques used are multivariate normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing in this research using the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (Manova) test. The research results showed that there was an influence of the Problem Based Learning approach assisted by GeoGebra on the mathematical communication and mathematical problem solving abilities of high school students.
