Abstract
ABSTRAK Emotional Quotient merupakan keahlian seseorang dalam memahami, mengenali dan memahami serta merasakan emosi yang ada pada diri sendiri maupun emosi orang lain. Adversity quotient merupakan keahlian yang dimiliki seseorang dalam menghadapi kesulitan, kemauan seseorang untuk berusaha menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami, serta semangat yang tinggi agar dapat keluar dari permasalahan serta kondisi yang tengah dialami. Self – efficacy merupakan rasa yakin seseorang terhadap kemampuannya dalam mengatur dan juga melakukan serangkaian tindakan untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Kemampuan koneksi matematis merupakan kemampuan yang menghubungkan antara matematika terhadap kehidupan sehari – hari dan bidang ilmu lainnya. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi kuantitafi dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 410 peserta didik kelas XI SMA YP UNILA. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 202 peserta didik kelas XI SMA YP UNILA. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dan ditentukan dengan rumus slovin. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan soal tes dengan materi baris dan deret. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) terdapat hubungan langsung antara emotional quotient terhadap self – efficacy dengan p – value 0,004, (2) terdapat hubungan langsung antara advesity quotient terhadap self – efficacy dengan p-value 0,004, (3) terdapat hubungan langsung antara Emotional Quotient terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis dengan p – value 0,135, (4) terdapat hubungan langsung antara adversity quotient terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis dengan p – value 0,115, (5) terdapat hubungan langsung antara self – efficacy terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis dengan p – value 0,135, (6) tidak terdapat hubungan tidak langsung antara Emotional Quotient melalui kemampuan koneksi matematis terhadap self efficacy dengan nilai Z – Sobel 1,933 dan p – value 0,021, (7) tidak terdapat hubungan tidak langsung antara Adversity quotient melalui kemampuan koneksi matematis terhadap self efficacy dengan nilai z – sobel 1,846 dan p – value 0,019. Adversity quotient is the skill a person has in facing difficulties, a person's willingness to try to solve the problems they are experiencing, and high enthusiasm to be able to get out of the problems and conditions they are experiencing. Self-efficacy is a person's sense of confidence in his ability to organize and carry out a series of actions to achieve the desired results. Mathematical connection ability is an ability that connects mathematics to everyday life and other fields of science. The approach taken in this research is quantitative correlation with path analysis techniques. The population in this study was 410 students in class XI SMA YP UNILA. The sample in this research was 202 students in class XI SMA YP UNILA. The sampling technique in this study used proportionate stratified random sampling and was determined using the Slovin formula. The instruments used are questionnaires and test questions with line and series material. The results of data analysis in this research are (1) there is a direct relationship between Emotional Quotient and self-efficacy with a p-value of 0.004, (2) there is a direct relationship between Adversity quotient and self-efficacy with a p-value of 0.004, (3) there is a relationship There is a direct relationship between Emotional Quotient and mathematical connection ability with a p - value of 0.135, (4) there is a direct relationship between Adversity quotient and mathematical connection ability with a p - value of 0.115, (5) there is a direct relationship between self - efficacy and mathematical connection ability with p - value 0.135, (6) there is no indirect relationship between Emotional Quotient through mathematical connection ability to self efficacy with a Z – Sobel value of 1.933 and p – value 0.021, (7) there is no indirect relationship between Adversity quotient through mathematical connection ability to self efficacy with a z – sobel value of 1.846 and a p – value of 0.019.
