Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pelaksanaan Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) merupakan salah satu metode untuk menangani anak hiperaktif di Growing Hope Bandar lampung, anak hiperaktif adalah anak selalu bergerak dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, selain itu yang bersangkutan sangat jarang untuk berdiam selama kurang lebih 5-10 menit guna melakukan suatu tugas, karenanya disekolah anak hiperaktif mendapatkan kesulitan untuk berkonsentrasi dalam tugas-tugas kerjanya. Ia selalu mudah bingung atau kacau pikirannya, tidak suka memerhatikan perintah atau penjelasan dari gurunya, dan selalu tidak berhasil dalam melakukan tugas-tugas pekerjaan sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalah yang penulis ajukan adalah “Bagaimanakah Penanganan Anak Hiperaktif Melalui Metode Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) di Growing Hope Bandar Lampung ?”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif (studi Kasus) yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam keadaan ditempat penelitian dengan menggunakan rangkaian kata-kata atau kalimat dengan subjek penelitian adalah anak autisme yang berjumlah 4 anak autisme. Alat pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data analisis secara reduksi data, display data, verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode applied behavior analysis (ABA) dalam menangani anak hiperaktif di Growing Hope Bandar Lampung sudah baik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan terapi Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) dapat menangani anak hiperaktif. penanganan anak hiperaktif melalui terapi Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) bisa membuat anak bicara kepada guru dan teman secara tidak berlebihan, tidak mengganggu teman�teman dikelasnya, tidak Berlari-lari dan berkeliling atau memanjat�manjat dalam situasi kegiatan belajar mengajar sedang berlangsung, tidak bermain-main dengan tangan atau kaki atau bergerakgerak di kursi, Anak tidak mengganggu teman-teman dikelasnya, Anak memperhatikan secara detail saat mengerjakan PR, Pekerjan, atau kegiatan lainnya, Anak mempertahankan perhatian saat mengerjakan tugas atau kegiatan bermain, Anak memberi perhatian orang lain berbicara, contohnya saat guru menjelaskan pelajaran. ABSTRACT The activity of implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is one of the methods for dealing with hyperactive children at Growing Hope Bandar Lampung. Hyperactive children are children who always move from one place to another, apart from that they rarely stay still for approximately 5-10 minutes. to carry out a task, therefore at school hyperactive children have difficulty concentrating on their work tasks. He is always easily confused or confused, does not like to pay attention to orders or explanations from his teacher, and is always unsuccessful in carrying out school work assignments.In this research, the problem formulation proposed by the author is "How is Hyperactive Children Handled Using the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Method in Growing Hope Bandar Lampung?". This research is qualitative research (case study) which aims to describe in depth the conditions at the research site using a series of words or sentences with the research subjects being 4 autistic children. The data collection tools that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis by means of data reduction, data display, verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that the applied behavior analysis (ABA) method in dealing with hyperactive children at Growing Hope Bandar Lampung is good. This shows that the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy can treat hyperactive children. Handling hyperactive children through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy can make children talk to teachers and friends in moderation, don't disturb their classmates, don't run around or climb around when teaching and learning activities are in progress, don't play. -playing with hands or feet or moving around in a chair, the child does not disturb his classmates, the child pays attention to details when doing homework, work or other activities, the child maintains attention when doing assignments or play activities, the child pays attention to other people talking, for example when the teacher explains the lesson.
