Abstract

ABSTRAK Keterampilan interpersonal merupakan total dari kemampuan seseorang untuk menjalin interaksi secara efektif dengan orang lain. Permasalahan yang menjurus kepada kenakalan remaja salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya keterampilan interpersonal yang dimiliki. Keterampilan interpersonal peserta didik yang rendah akan selaras dengan permasalahan sosial yang dialami oleh peserta didik itu sendiri. Maka dengan adanya bimbingan kelompok teknik modelling diharapkan peserta didik dapat meningkatkan keterampilan interpersonal yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh bimbingan kelompok teknik modelling terhadap keterampilan interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pre�eksperimental design dengan jenis one group pretest posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII.7 SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 29 peserta didik, dengan jumlah 8 peserta didik yang menjadi sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik non parametrik yaitu dengan uji wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest maka diperoleh nilai pretest dengan rata-rata 54,5 dan posttest dengan rata-rata 121,875, sedangkan selisih antara nilai pretest dan posttest yaitu sebesar 67,375. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dari hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,012. Karena 0,012 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil pretest dan posttest yaitu adanya peningkatan keterampilan interpersonal peserta didik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok teknik modelling berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung. One of the problems that leads to juvenile delinquency is caused by a lack of interpersonal skills. Students' low interpersonal skills will be in line with the social problems experienced by the students themselves. So, with the guidance of the modeling technique group, it is hoped that students can improve their interpersonal skills. Therefore, this research aims to find out whether there is an influence of modelling technique group guidance on the interpersonal skills of students at SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung. This research uses a quantitative method with a pre�experimental design with a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study was students in class VIII.7 of SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung, totaling 29 students, with a total of 8 students as the sample. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses non-parametric statistical analysis techniques, namely the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of data analysis by comparing the pretest and posttest results, the pretest score was obtained with an average of 54.5 and the posttest score was 121.875, while the difference between the pretest and posttest scores was 67.375. This is also proven by the Wilcoxon test results obtained by the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) namely 0.012. Because 0.012 < 0.05, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the results of the pretest and posttest, namely that there is an increase in students' interpersonal skills. Based on this, it can be concluded that modelling technique group guidance has an influence on the interpersonal skills of students at SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung.
