Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah kesejahteraan ekonomi. Kinerja perekonomian pemerintah Kabupaten OKU Timur dipresentasikan melalui pertumbuhan PDRB. Sektor Pertanian merupakan sektor tumpuan yang menjadi kontribusi utama dalam perekonomian masyarakat OKU Timur, namun sektor unggulan tersebut kontribusinya masih kurang untuk menyerap tenaga kerja dalam memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sektor unggulan dan perubahan struktur ekonomi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur dalam perspektif ekonomi islam periode tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif teknik pengumpulan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Badan Pusat Statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 sektor ekonomi unggulan pada PDRB di Kabupaten OKU Timur, distribusi sektor PDRB menurut harga berlaku di Kabupaten OKU Timur, serta laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten OKU Timur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 5 sektor unggulan PDRB Kabupaten OKU Timur tahun 2018-2022, distribusi sektor PDRB Kabupaten OKU Timur tahun 2018-2022, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten OKU Timur tahun 2018-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi data panel, serta menggunakan aplikasi pengolah data Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial sektor unggulan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah. Adapun perubahan struktur ekonomi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah. Sedangkan sektor unggulan dan perubahan struktur ekonomi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam pertumbuhan ekonomi dicapai melalui keadilan dalam distribusi ekonomi, yang merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara masyarakat dan pemerintah sebagai khalifah yang diutus oleh Allah SWT untuk mengelola bumi, harus bekerja sama dengan masyarakat untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan dan mempersempit kesenjangan ekonomi. Islam melihat pertumbuhan ekonomi bukan hanya dalam aspek material, tetapi juga mencakup aspek moral dan sosial. Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Wilayah, Perubahan Struktur Ekonomi, Sektor Unggulan. ABSTRACT The problem in this study is motivated by the problem of economic welfare. The economic performance of the Eastern OKU Regency government is presented through GRDP growth. The agricultural sector is the foundation sector which is the main contribution to the economy of the Eastern OKU community, but the leading sector is still lacking in its contribution to absorb labor in making a significant contribution to the economy. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leading sectors and changes in economic structure on regional economic growth in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in the perspective of Islamic economics for the period 2018-2022. This research is a quantitative research secondary data collection technique obtained from the official website of the Central Bureau of Statistics. The population in this study are the 5 leading economic sectors in GDRP in East OKU Regency, the distribution of the GDRP sector at current prices in East OKU Regency, and the economic growth rate in East OKU Regency. The samples used were the 5 leading sectors of the Eastern OKU Regency GDRP in 2018-2022, the distribution of the Eastern OKU Regency GDRP sector in 2018- 2022, and the economic growth of Eastern OKU Regency in 2018-2022. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression technique, and uses the Eviews 10 data processing application. The results of this study indicate that partially the leading sector has a positive and insignificant effect on regional economic growth. The change in economic structure partially has a negative and insignificant effect on regional economic growth. While the leading sector and changes in economic structure have an insignificant effect on regional economic growth. In the perspective of Islamic economics, economic growth is achieved through justice in economic distribution, which is a shared responsibility between the community and the government as the khalifah sent by Allah SWT to manage the earth, must work together with the community to create prosperity and narrow the economic gap. Islam sees economic growth not only in material aspects, but also includes moral and social aspects. Keywords : Regional Economic Growth, Economic Structure Change, Leading Sector.
