Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan Ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator yang penting untuk mengukur tingkat kemajuan dan pembangunan pada suatu negara. Pembangunan ekonomi dapat di realisasikan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat dengan mengatasi masalah-masalah pembangunan. Masalah pembangunan ekonomi di antaranya yaitu kemiskinan, pengangguran, serta kualitas sumber daya yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat Kemiskinan, Pengangguran dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di 5 Negara ASEAN Tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis regresi data panel yang menggunakan software E-views 12 dengan model terbaik Random Effect Model. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh negara ASEAN. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik Purposive Sampling dengan kriteria 5 negara dengan pendapatan perkapita terbesar. Data sekunder yang di peroleh dari situs resmi World Bank, Asian Development Bank dan ASEAN Statistic, dengan cross section meliputi 5 negara ASEAN, sedangkan data time series dimulai pada tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kemiskinan, Pengangguran dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Variabel pengangguran berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Dan variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Hasil penelitian koefisien determinasi (R2 ) juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dimana 90,91% variasi variabel dependen Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen Kemiskinan, Pengangguran dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Sedangkan sisanya 9,09% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Kemiskinan, Pengangguran, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. ABSTRACT Economic growth is an important indicator for measuring the level of progress and development in a country. Economic development can be realized with the aim of increasing the welfare and prosperity of society by overcoming development problems. Economic development problems include poverty, unemployment, and the quality of existing resources. This research aims to determine the influence of poverty levels, unemployment and the Human Development Index on economic growth in 5 ASEAN countries in 2018-2022. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach and panel data regression analysis using E-views 12 software with the best Random Effect Model. The population in this study is all ASEAN countries. The sampling technique in this research is the Purposive Sampling technique with the criteria of 5 countries with the largest per capita income. Secondary data obtained from the official websites of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and ASEAN Statistics, with a cross section covering 5 ASEAN countries, while the time series data starts from 2018- 2022. The results of this research show that the variables Poverty, Unemployment and the Human Development Index simultaneously influence Economic Growth. Meanwhile, partially the poverty variable has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth. The unemployment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Economic Growth. And the Human Development Index variable has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth. The research results of the coefficient of determination (R2) also show good results, where 90.91% of the variation in the dependent variable Economic Growth can be explained by the independent variables Poverty, Unemployment and the Human Development Index. Meanwhile, the remaining 9.09% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. Keywords : Poverty, Unemployment, Human Development Index and Economic Growth.
