Abstract

ABSTRAK Supervisi diartikan sebagai bantuan profesional kepada guru yang memfokuskan pada perbaikan sistem pembelajaran melalui siklus yang sistematis mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengamatan dan analisis yang intensif dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Kepala sekolah adalah tenaga fungsional yang diberikan tugas untuk memimpin suatu sekolah yang dimana salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah adalah kemampuan sesorang untuk menggerakan atau memotivasi sejumlah orang agar secara serentak melakukan kegiatan yang sama dan terarah pada pencapaian tujuan serta sebagai suatu komponen yang penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Motivasi adalah kondisi fisiologis dan psikologis yang terdapat dalam diri seseorang yang mendorongnya untuk melakukan aktivitas tertentu guna untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, dengan demikian motivasi seseorang timbul dikarenakan adanya kebutuhan dan upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut itulah yang menimbukan motivasi di dalam dirinya. Dari penjelasan diatas penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 guru, dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel total sampling, dikarenakan jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 oleh karena itu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket. Uji analisi data yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji regresi linier sederhana, uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien variabel supervisi akademik kepala sekolah(X) dan motivasi kerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,684 dengan taraf signifikan (sig) 0,05. Diperoleh nilai R squere sebesar 0,467%. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa 46,7% pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru, sedangkan 53,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dipakai dalam penelitian ini. The principal is a functional staff who is given the task of leading a school, which is one of the educational components that plays the most role in improving the quality of education. The principal's academic supervision is a person's ability to move or motivate a number of people to simultaneously carry out the same activities and be directed towards achieving goals and is an important component in improving the quality of education. Motivation is a physiological and psychological condition that exists within a person which encourages him to carry out certain activities in order to achieve a goal, thus a person's motivation arises due to the existence of needs and efforts to fulfill these needs is what creates motivation within him. From the explanation above, this research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 52 teachers, and the sample in this study used a total sampling sample, because the population was less than 100, therefore the entire population was used as the research sample. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis tests include normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests and data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are simple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests and coefficient of determination. Based on the results obtained in this research, it shows that there is a significant influence between the principal's academic supervision on teacher work motivation at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. This can be seen from the coefficient value of the principal's academic supervision variable (X) and teacher work motivation (Y) of 0.684 with a significance level (sig) of 0.05. The R square value was obtained at 0.467%. This can be interpreted as 46.7% of the influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher work motivation, while 53.3% is influenced by other factors not used in this research.
