Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi pada akhir tahun 2019 berdampak pada penutupan sekolah di seluruh belahan dunia. Pembelajaran yang biasa dilakukan di sekolah terpaksa harus dilakukan secara daring untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Dampak akibat pembelajaran online berupa penurunan kemampuan dan keterampilan siswa akibat hambatan yang terjadi selama proses pembelajaran. Kemunduran belajar adalah istilah yang tepat untuk mengartikan kesenjangan yang terjadi pada proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak pandemi Covid-19 pada kemunduran belajar di Benua Asia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review (tinjauan sistematis) dengan pendekatan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis), yang dikerjakan secara terstruktur dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah penelitian yang sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari artikel terindeks scopus dalam kurun waktu 2019 hingga 2023. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 8 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria eksklusi dan inklusi sesuai topik penelitian dan dirangkum pada blangko isian sesuai kebutuhan pada analisis. Analisis data yang dilakukan berupa perhitungan effect-size, uji heterogenitas, summary effect, forest plot dan uji bias publikasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dibantu dengan software Openmee dan JASP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada kemunduran belajar di Benua Asia sebesar 0,748 dengan kategori efek sedang. Kemunduran belajar yang terjadi di Benua Asia terbesar terjadi selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan nilai estimate 0,880 dengan kategori efek tinggi, dan setelah pandemi Covid-19 dengan nilai estimate 0,681 dengan kategori efek sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh pada kemunduran belajar di Benua Asia. The impact on online learning is in the form of a decrease in students abilities and skills due tu obstacles that occur during the the learning process. Learning setback is the right term to mean the alignment that occurs in the learning process. This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of the Covid�19 pandemic on learning decline on the Asian continent. This research uses a systematic review method with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) approach, which is carried out in a structured manner by following actual research steps. This research uses secondary data obtained from Scopus indexed articles in the period 2019 to 2023. The sample used in this research was 8 articles that met the exclusion and inclusion criteria according to the research topic and were summarized in blanks as needed in the analysis. Data analysis was carried out in the form of effect-size calculations, heterogeneity tests, summary effects, forest plots and publication bias tests. Data analysis in this research was assisted by Openmee and JASP software. The results of the analysis show that the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on learning decline on the Asian continent by 0,748 with a medium effect category. The largest learning decline that occurred on the Asian Continent occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic with an estimated value of 0.880 in the high effect category, and after the Covid�19 pandemic with an estimated value of 0,681 in the medium effect category. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on learning decline on the Asian continent.
