Abstract

ABSTRAK Model pembelajaran yang digunakan masih kurang menunjang untuk mengasah kemampuan peserta didik dalam hal penguasaan konsep dan habits of mind. Dengan kata lain perlu adanya pembaharuan dalam pemilihan dan penerapan model pembelajaran oleh pendidik untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan habit of mind peserta didik dan memperoleh hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penerapan model Dimension of Learning dengan dukungan Wordwall terhadap pemahaman konsep dan pembentukan habits of mind pada peserta didik kelas XI mata pelajaran Biologi di SMA. Wordwall sebagai alat bantu bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi interaksi aktif peserta didik dengan materi Pelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimental Design. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling dengan populasi kelas eksperimen sebanyak 36 peserta didik dan kelas kontrol 36 peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dengan uji Liliefors dan uji homogenitas dengan uji Fisher. Dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t independent.Teknik analisis data hasil menggunakan Independent Samples Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Dimension of Learning berbantuan Wordwall secara signifikan berkontribusi pada peningkatan penguasaan konsep dengan perolehan nilai indikator Penguasaan Konsep kelas eksperimen sebesar 91,43% termasuk kategori sangat baik dan nilai N-gain 67,22% termasuk kategori cukup baik dan pembentukan habits of mind menunjukan hasil postest sebesar 78,10% termasuk kategori baik dan N-gain sebesar 56,34% termasuk kategori sedang. Dengan demikian model Dimension of Learning berbantuan wordwall merupakan uatu model yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan penguasaan konsep dan habits of mind peserta didik. In other words, there is a need for renewal in the selection and application of learning models by educators to improve students' mastery of concepts and habits of mind and obtain maximum results. This research aims to explore the impact of implementing the Dimension of Learning model with Wordwall support on understanding concepts and forming thinking habits in class XI Biology students in high school. Wordwall as a tool aims to facilitate students' active interaction with lesson material. This research is quantitative research using the Quasi Experimental Design method. Sample collection was carried out using the Cluster Random Sampling technique with an experimental class population of 36 students and a control class of 36 students. The data analysis technique uses a normality test with the Liliefors test and a homogeneity test with the Fisher test. Followed by hypothesis testing with an independent t-test. The data analysis technique uses the Independent Samples Test. The results of the research show that the application of the Dimension of Learning model assisted by Wordwall significantly contributed to increasing mastery of concepts with an experimental class Concept Mastery indicator score of 91.43%, including the very good category and an N-gain value of 67.22%, including the quite good category and The formation of habits of mind showed posttest results of 78.10%, including the good category, and N-gain of 56.34%, including the medium category. Thus, the Dimension of Learning model assisted by wordwall is a model that influences students' ability to master concepts and habits of mind.
