Abstract

ABSTRAK Hubungan Antara Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Dengan OCB Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Guru Ponpes Istiqomah Al-Amin Oleh : Salma Salsabilla OCB pada sikap individu yang berjiwa lapang dan bersifat sukarela dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab pekerjaan mereka yang memberikan dampak positif pada organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada Guru Pondok Pesantren Istiqomah Al – Amin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik Sampling jenuh dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 62 Guru Pondok Pesantren Istiqomah Al - Amin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior berjumlah 32 aitem , Skala Budaya Organisasi berjumlah 20 aitem (α= 0,839), dan Skala Komitmen Organisasi berjumlah 37 aitem (α= 0,943). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan Software SPSS Versi 20 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Guru Pondok Pesantren Istiqomah Al - Amin, nilai koefisien R 0,807 dan nilai F = 55.132 dengan taraf signifikan p<0.01. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Orgnanizational Cityzenship Behavior (OCB) pada , (r = 0.714; p<0.01). Dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Komitmen Organisasi pada Guru Pondok Pesantren Istiqomah Al - Amin (r = - 0.758 : p<0.01) Kata Kunci :Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi iv ABSTRACT The Relationship Between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment and OCB Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Istiqomah Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School Teachers By : Salma Salsabilla OCB refers to the attitude of individuals who are open�minded and voluntary in carrying out their work responsibilities which has a positive impact on the organization. This research aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in Istiqomah Al - Amin Islamic Boarding School teachers. This research is a quantitative research using Saturated Sampling technique with a research sample of 62 Istiqomah Al - Amin Islamic Boarding School teachers. The data collection method used the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale with 32 items, the Organizational Culture Scale with 20 items (α= 0.839), and the Organizational Commitment Scale with 37 items (α= 0.943). The analysis technique used in the research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 20 for Windows software. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it shows that there is a significant relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for Istiqomah Al - Amin Islamic Boarding School Teachers, the R coefficient value is 0.807 and the F value = 55.132 with a significant level of p<0.01. Apart from that, there is a positive and significant relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (r = 0.714; p<0.01). And there is a positive and significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and teachers at the Istiqomah Al - Amin Islamic Boarding School (r = - 0.758 : p<0.01) Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment
