Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu alternatif pemenuhan kebutuhan air minum, masyarakat Desa Sumbergede, Kecamatan Sekampung yakni mengonsumsi air minum isi ulang. Namun depot air minum isi ulang belum terjamin kemanannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kualitas air minum isi ulang sesuai dengan Permenkes RI No 2 Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengampilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter fisika TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) dari kelima sampel, hanya sampel empat yang tidak memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Parameter kekeruhan semua sampel telah memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Parameter warna semua sampel telah memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Parameter rasa dan bau semua sampel sudah memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Parameter kimia berupa pH semua sampel tidak memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Pada parameter biologi untuk sampel satu, dua, dan empat positif coliform, sedangkan sampel tiga dan lima negatif coliform. ABSTRACT One alternative for meeting the drinking water needs of the people of Sumbergede Village, Sekampung District is consuming refilled drinking water. However, the safety of refill drinking water depots is not guaranteed. The aim of this research is to analyze the quality of refillable drinking water in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Sample collection uses a saturated sample technique. The research results showed that the TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) physical parameters of the five samples, only sample four did not meet the established standards. The turbidity parameters of all samples have met the established standards. The color parameters of all samples meet the established standards. The taste and odor parameters of all samples met the established standards. The chemical parameters in the form of pH for all samples did not meet the established standards. The biological parameters for samples one, two and four were positive for coliforms, while samples three and five were negative for coliforms.
