Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu diantara pembahasan dalam Al-Qur'an adalah Qasam. karena Qosam turun dengan bahasa Arab. Qasam (sumpah) merupakan kebiasaan orang Arab untuk meyakinkan lawan bicaranya (mukhattab). Untuk mendapatkan penjelasan secara khusus mengenai penafsiran ayat-ayat Qosam tersebut terdapat kitab-kitab tafsir yang menjadi rujukan untuk dibahas mulai dari kitab klasik sampai kitab kontemporer. Dalam skripsi ini penulis akan memilih kitab Ibnu Asyur sebagai salah satu mufassir kontemporer yang mengembangkan pendekatan sastra tanpa bermaksud menghilangkan penafsiran pada zaman klasik di mana fokus pembahasan yang penulis gunakan adalah penafsiran ayat-ayat Qasam di dalam juz 30. Adapun rumusan permasalahan ialah, Bagaimana Kaidah Qasam dalam Tafsir Ibnu Asyur di Juz 30. bagaimana lbnu Asyur menafsirkan ayat-ayat Qasam dalam Tafsir AI-Tahrir wa AI- Tanwir. Penelitian yang dilakuknn ini bersifat Library Research (penelitian kepustakaan). Adapun data yang disajikan guna melengkapi data-data valid skripsi ini berasal dari bahan- bahan yang tertulis. Adapun matode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskriptif- analitik. Yang dimaksud dengan metode deskriptif adalah menggambarkan pandangan atau penafsiran Ibru Asyur tentang ayat�ayat Qasam dalam Al-Qur'an khususnya dalam juz 30. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode analisis isi (Conten Analysis) . Hasil dari penelitian penafsiran Ibnu Asyur pada ayat-ayat Qasam pada juz 30 adalah bahwa Qasam bisa dilihat dari muqsam bih-nya tertuju kepada sifat-sifat Allah Swt. penafsiran ini bisa dilihat dari surah Al-Asr, Al-lail, Al-Fajr, Asy-Syams, Ad-Dhuha, At-Tin. Al�Adiyat, Al-Balad, Al-Insiqaq, Al-Anbiya, pada ayat tersebut telah secara langsung ditunjukkan kepada sifat wujud Allah, qidam dan baqo'. Dan muqsam alaih (jawab qasam) berisikan tentang ketauhidan (pengukuhan) pokok-pokok keimanan. Penafsiran ayat Qasam pada bagian muqsam alaih-nya Ibnu Asyur telah menuliskan di bagian isi atau di akhir ayat. ABSTRACT One of the discussions in the Qur'an is Qasam. because Qosam came down with Arabic. Qasam (oath) is the custom of Arabs to convince their interlocutors (mukhattab). To get a specific explanation of the interpretation of the Qosam verses, there are books of tafsir that become references to be discussed ranging from classics to contemporary books. In this thesis, the author will choose the book of Ibn Assyria as one of the contemporary mufassir who developed a literary approach without intending to eliminate the interpretation in classical times where the focus of discussion that the author uses is the interpretation of Qasam verses in juz 30. The formulation of the problem is, How is the Qasam Rule in Tafsir Ibn Assyria in Juz 30. how lbn Assyria interprets the verses of Qasam in Tafsir AI-Tahrir wa AI-Tanwir. The research carried out is Library Research (literature research). The data presented to complete the valid data of this thesis comes from written materials. The method used by the author is the descriptive-analytical method. What is meant by the descriptive method is to describe the views or interpretations of Ibru Assyria about the Qasam verses in the Qur'an, especially in juz 30. This research also uses the content analysis method (Conten Analysis). The result of Ibn Assyria's interpretive research on the verses of Qasam in juz 30 is that Qasam can be seen from his muqsam bih aimed at the attributes of Allah Almighty. Al-Adiyat, Al-Balad, Al�Insiqaq, Al-Anbiya, in these verses have been directly shown to the nature of Allah's being, qidam and baqo'. And muqsam alaih (answer qasam) contains the monotheism (confirmation) of the points of faith. The interpretation of the Qasam verse in the muqsam alaih section of Ibn Assyria has written in the content or at the end of the verse.
