Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan merupakan proses adanya pertambahan bobot serta ukuran panjang yang terjadi karena adanya pembelahan sel dan pertambahan jumlah jaringan. Ikan lele membutuhkan pakan dengan kandungan nutrisi berupa protein sebesar 20-60%, lemak 9,5- 10%, karbohidrat 20-30%, vitamin 0,25-0,40, dan mineral sebanyak 1%. Dalam budidaya ikan lele pakan menjadi komponen yang menghabiskan biaya paling besar yaitu 60% hingga 70% total biaya produksi. Ampas kelapa terfermentasi Aspergillus oryzae dapat dikombinasikan dengan pakan komersial karena ampas mengandung protein sebesar 13,63%, karbohidrat 26,53%, dan serat kasar sebesar 10,15%. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Baturaja, Kecamatan Baturaja Barat, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, Sumatra Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 perlakukan dan 3 kali pengulangan dengan dua kontrol berupa kontrol positif dan kontrol negatif. Sedangkan desain yang digunakan yaitu Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL). Sampel yang digunakan ikan lele sebanyak 150 ekor dengan waktu pemeliharaan selama 35 hari. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Anova satu arah dan uji lanjut Duncan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian kombinasi ampas kelapa terfermentasi Aspergillus oryzae berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan Ikan Lele (Clarias sp)”. Hasil penelitian terbaik ditunjukkan oleh perlakuan P3 yaitu penggunaan 15% ampas kelapa terfermentasi dan 85% pakan komersial dengan pertumbuhan bobot mutlak sebesar 25,75g, SGR 74%, panjang mutlak sebesar 24 cm, serta nilai konversi pakan (FCR) 1,63. Kombinasi 15% ampas kelapa terfermentasi dengan 85% pakan komersial paling direkomendasikan untuk menikatkan pertumbuhan ikan lele serta mengurangi ongkos produksi. Catfish need feed with nutritional content in the form of 20-60% protein, 9.5-10% fat, 20-30% carbohydrates, 0.25-0.40 vitamins, and 1% minerals. In catfish farming, feed is the component that costs the most, namely 60% to 70% of the total production cost. Fermented coconut pulp Aspergillus oryzae can be combined with commercial feed because the pulp contains 13.63% protein, 26.53% carbohydrates and 10.15% crude fiber. This research was conducted in Baturaja, West Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu District, South Sumatra. This research was conducted using 3 treatments and 3 repetitions with two controls in the form of positive control and negative control. While the design used is Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The samples used were 150 catfish with a rearing time of 35 days. The data analysis used was a one-way Anova test and Duncan's further test with a significant level of 5%. The results of the research on the combination of fermented coconut dregs of Aspergillus oryzae affect the growth of catfish (Clarias sp)”. The best research results were shown by the P3 treatment, namely the use of 15% fermented coconut pulp and 85% commercial feed with an absolute weight growth of 25.75g, an SGR of 74%, an absolute length of 24 cm, and a feed conversion value (FCR) of 1.63. A combination of 15% fermented coconut pulp with 85% commercial feed is most recommended to increase catfish growth and reduce production costs.
