Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas adalah melalui supervisi atau pengawasan mengenai kinerja guru. Kinerja Guru yang baik dapat didukung oleh beberapa faktor dan indikator. Salah satu faktornya adalah supervisi klinis kepala madrasah dimana seorang kepala madrasah harus memiliki kemampuan dalam rnembangun motivasi dan komitmen kerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil dari data prapeneltian dalam kinerja guru di Madrasah Swasta Mamba‟ul Ulum Margoyoso belum optimal. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa guru jarang melakukan penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaraan (RPP) . Selain itu, disampaikan oleh wakil kurikulum dan wakil kepala madrasah bahwa banyak guru yang pada saat dikelas sibuk bermain handphone sedangkan peserta didik diberi tugas dan belajar secara mandiri tanpa pengawasan guru. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Supervisi Klinis Kepala Madrasah Dengan Kinerja Guru Di Madrasah Swasta Mamba‟ul Ulum Margoyoso. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian korelatif kuantitatif. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 responden tenaga pendidik Madrasah Swasta Mamba‟ul Ulum Margoyoso dengan 38 sempel. Dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Total Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linieritas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil uji reliabilitas supervisi klinis kepala madrasah diperoleh sebesar 0,870 > 0,432. hasil uji reliabilitas kinerja guru sebesar 0,871 > 0,444. data supervisi klinis kepala madrsah (X) dan kinerja guru (Y) berdistribusi normal sebesar 0,299 > 0,05. hasil kuesioner supervisi klinis kepala madrasah dan kinerja guru datanya berdistribusi homogen karena nilai signifikansi 0,625 > 0,05. Terdapat hubungan yag linier antara supervisi klinis kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru sebesar 0,813 > 0,05 . Terdapat hubungan positif antara Supervisi Klinis Kepala Madrasah dengan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Swasta Mamba‟ul Ulum iv Margoyoso dengan korelasi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah 0,698 yang berada pada koefisien korelasi antara 0,60 sampai 0,80 dengan interprestasi „‟tinggi‟‟. Adapun rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah bagi kepala sekolah dan bagi guru yaitu Kepada kepala madrasah harus selalu meningkatkan supervisi klinis kepala madrasah yang mana dengan supervisi klinis kepala madrasah ini akan menciptakan kinerja guru yang baik. Kata kunci : Supervisi Klinis Kepala Madrasah, Kinerja Guru v ABSTRACT One of the efforts to realize quality education is through supervision or oversight of teacher performance. Good teacher performance can be supported by several factors and indicators. One of the factors is the clinical supervision of the madrasah principal where a madrasah principal must have the ability to build teacher motivation and work commitment. Based on the results of pre�research data, teacher performance at Mamba'ul Ulum Margoyoso Private Madrasah is not optimal. The results of observations show that teachers rarely do the preparation of lesson plans (RPP). In addition, it was conveyed by representatives of the curriculum and deputy head of the madrasah that many teachers were busy playing mobile phones during class while students were given assignments and studied independently without teacher supervision. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between clinical supervision of the head of a madrasah and teacher performance in the Mamba'ul Ulum Marrgoyoso private madrasah. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a quantitative correlative research approach. Meanwhile, the population in this study consisted of 38 teaching staff at the Mamba'ul Ulum Margoyoso Private Madrasah with 38 samples. And the sample used is Total Sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using the normality test, homogeneity test and linearity test. While testing the hypothesis using the correlation coefficient test. The results of this study can be concluded that the results of the clinical supervision reliability test for madrasa principals were obtained at 0.870 > 0.432. teacher performance reliability test results of 0.871 > 0.444. clinical supervision data for madrasa heads (X) and teacher performance (Y) were normally distributed at 0.299 > 0.05. the results of the clinical supervision questionnaire for madrasa principals and teacher performance data are homogeneous because the significance value is 0.625 > 0.05. There is a linear relationship between the clinical supervision of the madrasa principal and teacher performance of 0.813 > 0.05 . There is a positive relationship between Clinical Supervision of Madrasah Principals and Teacher vi Performance at Mamba'ul Ulum Margoyoso Private Madrasah with the correlation of the independent variable and the dependent variable being 0.698 which is at a correlation coefficient between 0.60 to 0.80 with a ''high'' interpretation. The recommendations from this study are for school principals and for teachers, namely that the madrasa head should always improve the clinical supervision of the madrasa head, which with the clinical supervision of the madrasa head will create good teacher performance.
