Abstract
ABSTRAK Dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di madrasah perlulah adanya upaya peningkatakan kompetensi pedagogik tenaga pendidik untuk menjadi pendidik yang berkompetensi. Berdasarkan Teori Menurut Soekidjo Notoatmodjo, bahwa dalam proses peningkatanya melalui Pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk mencapai suatu hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik tenaga pendidik yang terdiri dari : (1) Perencanaan (2) Pelaksanaan (3) Evaluasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif. Subjek penelitian ialah Kepala Madrasah, Waka Kurikulum, Tenaga Pendidik (Guru) dan objek penelitian yaitu peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik tenaga pendidik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Guppi 1 Babatan lampung selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan tianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi Teknik. Data dianalisis dengan tahapan mengorganisasikan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu : Dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik tenaga pendidik di Mts Guppi 1 Babatan sudah terlaksana dengan baik, terlihat dalam pelaksanaanya melakukan pemberdayaan alumni dengan kualitas terbaik dan guru tidak lupa diberi dukungan penuh untuk mengikuti penataran seperti seminar MGMP supaya lebih professional dalam bidangnya. guru sudah menempati tugas sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikannya. Dilihat dari data Instrumen penilaian kemampuan guru (IPKG) dan hasil Ujian Kompetensi Guru (UKG). Kata Kunci : Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Tenaga Pendidik. iii ABSTRACT In improving the quality of education in madrasas, it is necessary to increase the pedagogic competence of educators to become competent educators. The subjects in this study were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Educators (Teachers) and the object of research was increasing the pedagogic competence of educators in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Guppi 1 Babatan Lampung Selatan. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by using source poles and technical triangulation. The data were analyzed with the stages of organizing data, reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, namely :in shortening the pedagogic competence of educators at MTs Guppi 1 Babatan swipe it has been well implemented, it can be seen that the school principal in it’s implementation empowers alumni with the best quality ang teacher do not forget to be given full support to attend upgrading such as seminars, MGMP so that they are more professional in field.
