Abstract

ABSTRAK Covid-19 atau yang dikenal sebagai Virus Corona menjadi perhatian publik sejak kemunculannya di Tiongkok pada 2019. Berdasarkan dari 17 sektor ekonomi, pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak pada sektor ekonomi hingga mengalami penurunan mencapai angka negatif. Namun terdapat sektor ekonomi yang mengalami pertumbuhan positif yaitu sektor informasi komunikasi. Dikarenakan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 jenis kegiatan seperti berbelanja, belajar, bekerja, rapat, dan kegiatan hiburan berubah dari offline ke online sehingga menghasilkan percepatan penyebaran teknologi digital. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh sektor Informasi Komunikasi terhadap perekonomian kota Bandar Lampung pada masa pandemi Covid-19? Bagaimana pengaruh sektor Informasi Komunikasi terhadap perekonomian kota Bandar Lampung pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam? Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskripsi analisis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan alat uji statistik SPSS 26. Jenis data yang digunakan yakni data sekunder. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu variabel sektor informasi dan komunikasi sebagai variabel bebas dan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai variabel terikat. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data time series selama pandemi Covid-19 yaitu tahun 2019-2021 terdiri dari data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto atas dasar harga konstan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui website resmi BPS Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Bandar Lampung. Hal ini dikarenakan kontribusi dari sektor informasi komunikasi masih terbilang rendah dari beberapa sektor ekonomi lainnya. Dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam, sektor informasi dan komunikasi terdapat pengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi islam dalam bentuk keadilan, berimbang dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pemerataan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi tersebut telah memberikan kemudahan dan kesejahteraan bagi kehidupan manusia. Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, pertumbuhan ekonomi islam, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ABSTRACT Covid-19 is already well known as Corona Virus Disease become a public concern in Indonesia since its appearance in China, 2019. Based on the sevententh of economic sectors, the covid-19 pandemic give an effect to the economic sector until it declines to the negative number. But there is an economic sector that has a positive growth, it called as information and economic sector. Because of the covid-19 pandemic era, kind of activities such as shopping, learning, working, meeting and entertaining changed from offline to online so that produces accelerating the spread of digital technology. The formulation of this research was: is there the significant influence of information and communication sector toward the economy of Bandar Lampung during the covid 19 pandemic? What is the influence of the information and communication sector on the economy of Bandar Lampung during the covid-19 pandemic in the perspective of Islamic economics? The research methodology of this research was quantitative methods that are descriptive analysis. Data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 statistical test tool. The type of data used is secondary data. This research were used 2 variables which consists of the information and communication sector variables as independent variables and economic growth variables as the dependent variable. The type of data used is time series data during covid-19 pandemic in 2019-2021 which consists of gross regional domestic product data at constant prices. Data collecting method of this research by using the official website of BPS Bandar Lampung. The result of this research showed that there was an influence but not significant toward the economic growth of Bandar Lampung. It occured because of a contribution between information and communication sector that still low from some of the other sectors. In the perspective of Islamic economics, information and communication sector have an influence to the Islamic economic growth in a form of a justice, ballance and responsible toward the distribution of information and communication. In developing of its technology information and communication has given a convenience and prosperity for human life.
