Abstract

ABSTRAK Kedisiplinan beribadah pada penelitian ini adalah kegiatan seputar keagamaan yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik disekolah meliputi sholat dhuhur berjama‟ah, sholat jum‟at berjama‟ah dan pengajian akbar peringatan hari besar islam. Hal tersebut diterapkan kepada peserta didik dikarenakan penting nya mengenalkan nilai – nilai islam pada kehidupan sehari – hari peserta didik. Belum banyak peserta didik yang menyadari pentingnya kedisiplinan beribadah dan mengakibatkan terdapat beberapa pelanggran ketika kedisiplinan beribadah diterapkan disekolah. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Design penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah naratif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Terdapat 10 peserta didik dan 1 guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai narasumber pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendekatan konseling behavioral (punishment dan reward) yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan beribadah disekolah selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari penerapan pendekatan konseling behavioral (punishment dan reward) yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan beribadah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis bahwa : penerapan pendekatan konseling behavioral (punishment dan reward) terhadap perubahan kedisiplinan beribadah berjalan sesuai dengan langkah – langkah konseling behavioral yaitu assessment, goal setting, technique implementasion, evaluasi, dan feedback. Penerapan pendekatan konseling behavioral (punishment dan reward) terhadap perubahan kedisiplinan beribadah peserta didik menunjukan bahwa terdapat perubahan yang signifikan hal tersebut di tunjukan melalui perubahan yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik yang selalu dipantau oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dan diberlakukannya pengabsenan pada peserta didik walaupun terdapat hambatan yang dialami seperti lingkungan pertemanan yang kurang mendukung dan kurangnya kesadaran dari peserta didik sendiri selain itu kurang pedulinya orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan beribadah peserta didik dirumah. Kata kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Kedisiplinan beribadah iv ABSTRACT The worship discipline in this research is the religious activity carried out by students in the school, including praying Dzuhur together, praying Friday together, and having the grand recitation to celebrate the birth or Maulid of Prophet Muhammad SAW. It applies to students because of the importance of introducing Islamic values into the daily lives of students. Many students did not realize the importance of worship discipline, causing several violations when worship discipline was applied in schools. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative method. The research design used in this research is a case study. The data collection for this research used three methods, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. There were 11 students and a guidance and counseling teacher as the participants in this research. The research aims to determine the implementation of the behavioralcounseling approach (punishment and reward) carried out by guidance and counseling teachers to improve worship discipline in the school. In addition, this research also aimed to determine the result of implementing the behavioralcounseling approach (punishment and reward) carried out by guidance and counseling teachers to improve the worship discipline in the school. Based on the research results that have been carried out by the researcher, it appeared that: the implementation of the behavioralcounseling approach (punishment and reward) to improve the worship discipline was appropriate with the steps of behavioralcounseling, which were assessment, goal setting, implementation technique, evaluation, and feedback. The implementation of the behavioural counseling approach ( punishment and reward) to improve the students‟ worship discipline shows there were significant changes carried out by the students who were monitored by the guidance and counseling teachers. The implementation of attendance on students even though there were obstacles that they faced, such as a less supportive friendship environment, lack of awareness of the students themselves, and also the lack of parental care for students about worship discipline at home.
