Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku terlambat ialah datang tidak tepat pada waktu yang telah ditentukan. Masalah ini terjadi pada peserta didik kelas XI di SMK Persada Bandar Lampung yang memiliki perilaku terlambat datang ke sekolah seperti : a) sering tiba di sekolah setelah jam pelajaran dimulai, b) memakai waktu istirahat melebihi waktu yang ditentukan, c) sengaja melambat-lambatkan masuk kelas meskipun tahu jam pelajaran sudah dimulai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract terhadap perilaku terlambat ke sekolah di SMK Persada Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu Pre-eksperimental designOne�group pretest-posttest design.Alat pengumpul data pada penelitian ini berupa wawancara dan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan uji wilcoxon sebagai uji hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 27 peserta didik dengan jumlah sampel 8 peserta didik melalui teknikpurposive sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan treatment terdapat perbedaan skor mean pretest sebelum diberikan treatmen 61,6 dan mean postest setelah diberikan treatmen menurun menjadi 33,4. Dari hasil uji non parametric wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS versi 25 nilai Z yang di dapat sebesar -2,530 denganhasil Asymp. Sig (2- tailed) dengan nilai 0,011 karena nilai 0,011 ˂ 0,05 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract terhadap perilaku terlambat ke sekolah di SMK Persada Bandar Lampung. This problem occurs in class XI participants at Persada Vocational School Bandar Lampung who have behavior late in coming to school such as: a) often arriving at school after class starts, b) skipping break time beyond the specified time, c) deliberately slowing down entering class knowing the hours lessons have started. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group counseling services using technical behavior contracts to reduce late-to-school behavior at Persada Vocational School Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative approach with this type of research, namely pre-experimental design one grup pretest�posttest design. The data collection tools in this study were in the from of interviews and questionnaires. In this study, researchers used the wilcoxon test. The population in this study were 27 students with a sample od 8 students through purposive sampling technique. The results of the data analysis showed that after being given treatment there was a difference in the mean pretest score before being given the treatment of 61.6 and the mean posttest after being given the treatment decreased to 33.4. From the results of the Wilcoxon non-parametric test using SPSS version 25, the Z value obtained was -2.530 with Asymp results. Sig (2-tailed) with a value of 0.011 because the value of 0.011 is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, that was, there was an influence of group counseling services with the behavior contract technique on late-to-school behavior at SMK Persada Bandar Lampung.
