Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis menggambil judul “Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Perencanaan Karir Pada Peserta Didik Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan” Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pemahaman karir peserta didik Kelas XI TKR Di SMK Al MUBARAK Lampung Selatan. Untuk Mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan informasi dalam meningatkan kemampuan perencanaan karir pada peserta didik kelas XI TKR Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan. Untuk Mengetahui Hambatan dan hasil dari pelaksanaan layanan informasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan karir pada peserta didik kelas Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan.. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode Penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif,penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian lapangan( field research) Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer sumber data yang didapat melalui wawancara dengan guru bimbingan dan konseling mengenai Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Perencanaan Karir Pada Peserta Didik Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan. Sumber data skunder didapat melalui media perantara yang dapat berupa dokumentasi dari responden yaitu guru bimbingan dan konseling di Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana Tingkat Pemahaman karir peserta didik Kelas XI TKR Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan? Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan karir pada peserta didik kelas XI TKR Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan? Bagaimana Hasil Dari Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kemamuan Perencanaan Karir Pada Peserta Didik Kelas XI TKR Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan? iv Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan: Gambaran Tingkat pemahaman karir peserta didik Kelas XI TKR Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan Dri 15 peserts didik, terdapat 5 peserta didik yang belum meimiliki pemahaman karir. Pada 5 peserta didik oleh Guru BK yang belum memiliki pemahaman karir, kemudian diberikan bimbingan, dan dapat dikatakan berhasil dengan bukti masing-masing peserta didik sudah mampu memahami permasalahan yang dihadapi dan penyelesaiannya masalah yang dihadapi. Maka dapat dikatakan layanan informasi dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok berhasil. Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Perencanaan Karir Pada Peserta Didik kelas XI TKR Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan yang dilaksanakan oleh guru BK ada tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu tahap awal (pembukaan), tahap inti (pertengahan), tahap akhir (pengakhiran). Hambatan Dan Hasil Dari Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kemamuan Perencanaan Karir Pada Peserta Didik kelas XI TKR Di SMK YPI AL MUBARAK Lampung Selatan, yaitu Minimnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah dalam mendukung kinerja bk, Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan materi peserta didik, Kurangnya minat siswa dalam memenfaatkan layanan bk. Kata kunci: Layanan Informasi, Perencanaan Karir v ABSTRACT The author took the title "Implementation of Information Services in Improving Career Planning Skills for Students at SMK YPI AL MUBARAK South Lampung." The purpose of this study was to determine the level of career understanding of students in Class XI TKR at SMK Al MUBARAK, South Lampung. To find out the implementation of information services in improving career planning skills in class XI TKR students at YPI AL MUBARAK Vocational School, South Lampung. To find out the barriers and results of the implementation of information services in improving career planning skills in class students at SMK YPI AL MUBARAK, South Lampung. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research type. The research method is a qualitative approach, this research is included in the type of field research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data sources of data obtained through interviews with guidance and counseling teachers regarding the Implementation of Information Services in Improving Career Planning Skills for Students at SMK YPI AL MUBARAK, South Lampung. Secondary data sources are obtained through intermediary media which can be in the form of documentation from respondents, namely guidance and counseling teachers at SMK YPI AL MUBARAK, South Lampung. The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the level of career understanding of students in Class XI TKR at YPI AL MUBARAK Vocational School, South Lampung? How is the implementation of information services in improving career planning skills in class XI TKR students at YPI AL MUBARAK Vocational School, South Lampung? What are the results of the implementation of information services in improving career planning skills in class XI TKR students at YPI AL MUBARAK Vocational School, South Lampung? Based on the results of research that has been carried out: Description of the level of career understanding of students in Class vi XI TKR At SMK YPI AL MUBARAK, South Lampung, of 15 students, there are 5 students who do not have a career understanding. In 5 students by the BK teacher who did not have a career understanding, then they were given guidance, and it can be said to be successful with evidence that each student was able to understand the problems they faced and solve the problems they faced. So it can be said that information services in the implementation of group guidance are successful. Implementation of Information Services in Improving Career Planning Ability in Class XI TKR Students At SMK YPI AL MUBARAK South Lampung carried out by BK teachers there are stages that are carried out, namely the initial stage (opening), the core stage (mid), the final stage (termination) . Barriers and Results of the Implementation of Information Services in Improving Career Planning Skills for Class XI TKR Students at SMK YPI AL MUBARAK South Lampung, namely the lack of school facilities and infrastructure in supporting the performance of BK, Identifying the material needs of students, Lack of student interest in utilizing BK services .
