Abstract

ABSTRAK PENERAPAN JOB DESCRIPTION DAN DISIPLIN KERJA (STUDI KASUS PADA PONDOK PESANTREN YATIM PIATU DAN DHUAFA RIYADHUS SHOLIHIN BANDAR LAMPUNG) Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terindikasi atau diduga belum ada Job Description yang jelas dan tertulis, pelaksanaan manajemen kerja (Job Descriptioni) tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya yaitu tidak adanya identifikasi pekerjaan, penempatan job description yang tidak sesuai dengan background ijazah tenaga pendidik maupun kependidikan, tidak adanya ringkasan pekerjaan, tidak adanya standar kerja, tidak adanya spesifikasi pekerjaan, dan tidak sesuainya tenaga pendidik dengan jumlah santri yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Yatim Piatu Dan Dhuafa Tahfidzul Qur'an "Riyadhus Sholihin" Bandar Lampung. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan job description pengurus pondok pesantren dan implikasinya terhadap disiplin kerja di Pondok Pesantren Yatim Piatu Dan Dhuafa Tahfidzul Qur'an "Riyadhus Sholihin" Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Dessler tentang indikator job description. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, setelah itu disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi, dan diverifikasi dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun yang menjadi informan data yaitu ada empat pengurus pondok pesantren yang menjadi narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Identifikasi pekerjaan di Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Shalihin Bandar Lampung terdiri dari Dewan Asatidz ( rincian tugas Kepala Pengasuhan, Kepala bagian tahfidz dan ibadah, Kepala kebersihan dan pertamanan, Kepala riset dan informasi, kepala bagian pangan, dan terakhir kepala pengajaran dan bahasa) -> Pengurus ISTAQ (Ikatan Santri Tahfidzul Qur’an). Penerapan Identifikasi pekerjaan sudah terlaksananya dengan maksimal sehingga banyak prestasi santriwan dan santriwati pondok yang diraih.2) Ringkasan Pekerjaan di Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Shalihin Bandar Lampung telah dirumuskan dan dilaksanakan namun sering kali tumpang tindih 3) Tugas dan Tanggung jawab di Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Shalihin Bandar Lampung sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan job description sehingga menciptakan santriwan dan santriwati yang berprestasi. 4) Wewenang di Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Shalihin Bandar Lampung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan wewenang yang diberikan pimpinan kepada staff pengajar dan pengasuh. 5) Standar Kerja di Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Shalihin Bandar Lampung tidak ada. 6) Kondisi kerja Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Shalihin Bandar Lampung kurang memberikan rasa nyaman karena bekerja tanpa aturan main artinya dalam hal ini tidak ada standar kerja atau SOP yang jelas (kecuali kami sendiri yang membuat) dari pimpinan 7) Spesifikasi Pekerjaan di Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Shalihin Bandar Lampung tidak sesuai dengan background ijazah karena staff pengajar mengajar dengan berlandaskan pengalaman dan mayoritas staff pengajar berasal dari lulusan pondok pesantren. Kata Kunci : Job Description, identifikasi pekerjaan, ringkasan pekerjaan, tugas dan tanggung jawab, wewenang, standar kerja, kondisi kerja, spesifikasi pekerjaan. iii ABSTRACT APPLICATION OF JOB DESCRIPTION AND WORK DISCIPLINE (CASE STUDY ON ORPHANED AND DHUAFA RIYADHUS SHOLIHIN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL BANDAR LAMPUNG) The background of the problem in this study was indicated or suspected that there weren’t clear and written Job Description, the implementation of work management (Job Description) were not working properly such as the job identification, placement of job descriptions that were not accordance with the background of the diploma of educators and education staff, there weren’t the summary of the work, the work standards, the job specifications, and the Quantity of the teaching staff with the number of students in the Pondok Pesantren Orphans And Dhuafa Tahfidzul Qur'an "Riyadhus Sholihin" Bandar Lampung hasn’t . This study aims to describe the application of the job description of boarding school administrators and their implications for work discipline at the Tahfidzul Qur'an "Riyadhus Sholihin" Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung. This study uses Dessler's theory of job description indicators and descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis of the data used in this study was carried out by reducing the data, after which it was presented in the form of a description, and verified by drawing conclusions. As for the data informants, there were four boarding school administrators who were resource persons. The results of this study indicated that: 1) Job identification at the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung consists of the Teachers Council (details of the duties of the Head of Caregiving, Head of Tahfidz and worship, Head of cleanliness and landscaping, Head of research and information, head of food section, and finally head of teaching and language) -> ISTAQ Management (Tahfidzul Qur'an Santri Association). Application Identification of work has been carried out to the maximum so that many achievements of the boarding school children have been achieved. 2) Summary of Work at the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School Bandar Lampung has been formulated and implemented but often overlaps 3) Duties and responsibilities at the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School Bandar Lampung has been carried out properly and in accordance with the job description so as to create outstanding students.4) The authority at the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung has been carried out properly in accordance with the authority given by the leadership to the teaching staff and caregivers. 5) There was no work standard at the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung. 6) The working conditions of the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung didn’t not provide a sense of comfort because they work without rules, meaning that in this case there were no clear work standards or SOPs (unless we make it ourselves) from the leadership 7) Job Specifications at the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung were not in accordance with the diploma background because the teachers taught based on experience and the majority of the teaching staff come from graduates of Islamic boarding schools.
