Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen kelas merupakan kunci dalam terlaksananya suatu pembelaj aran yang kondusif didalam kelas. Manajemen kelas tidak terlepas dari pendekatan manajemen kelas untuk menjadikan kelas menjadi kondusif. Pendekatan manajemen kelas merupakan kegiatan dalam proses belajar mengajar agar bejalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan norma yang dilakukan oleh tenaga pendidik menuju pembelajaran yang berkualitas, kompeten dan pofesional. Terciptanya pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien maka akan menciptkan pula motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil pra penelitian menunjukan bahwa didalam kelas terdapat beberapa siswa yang kurang memiliki motivasi untuk belajar seperti malas belajar, ribut dikelas, tidak mengerjakan tugas dll. Disini guru menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kelas sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pendekatan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di MA Baitul Kirom Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode deskripsi analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ialah Kepala Madrasah, Guru, dan siswa, dan objek penelitian ini di MA Baitul Kirom Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Impelementasi pendekatan permisif (kebebasan) di MA Baitul Kirom Lampung Selatan sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Siswa diberikan kebebasan dalam pembelajaran dan dapat memilih cara belajar yang diinginkan yaitu dengan melakukan diskusi, bebas berpendapat dan memberikan ide namun dengan mematuhi batasan-batasan yang diberikan guru. Hasilnya siswa lebih bersemangat untuk belajar dan mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru sehingga pendekatan ini mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar nya. 2) Implementasi pendekatan perubahan perilaku di MA Baitul Kirom Lampung Selatan sudah diterapkan dengan baik oleh setiap guru. Penerapan pendekatan ini dengan merubah tingkah laku yang negatif dan mengembangkan tingkah laku yang positif. Guru memberikan teguran atau hukuman kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran didalam kelas (berperilaku negatif) dan memberikan reward atau hadiah kepada siswa yang telah berperilaku positif sebagai cara untuk mengembangkan tingkah lakunya. Hasilnya siswa yang bersifat negatif dapat merubah perilaku iii negatif nya didalam kelas dan mampu meningkatkan motivasi nya untuk belajar. Dan siswa yang memiliki perilaku positif tetap mempertahankan perilakukan dan juga mampu mengembangkan motivasi belajar nya. 3) Implementasi pendekatan sosio emosional di MA Baitul Kirom Lampung Selatan sudah diterapkan dengan baik oleh guru disana. Penerapan pendekatan sosio emosional ini agar dapat membangun hubungan yang positif didalam kelas. Guru membangun hubungan tersebut dengan cara berdiskusi, berkomunikasi secara jelas dan efektif, sharing didalam kelas agar siswa merasa lebih dekat dengan guru dan juga membentuk kelompok antar siswa didalam kelas agar siswa saling dekat dan mengenal satu sama lain. Hasil penerapan pendekatan sosio emosional ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dengan terciptanya hubungan tersebut, siswa merasa nyaman dan kelas menjadi lebih hidup sehingga kelas menjadi kondusif dan tidak ada rasa canggung didalam kelas. Rekomendasi kepada guru MA Baitul Kirom yang telah menerapkan pendekatan manajemen kelas, semoga selalu mempertahankan dan terus mengelola kelas dengan maksimal sehingga dapat mencapai hasil yang memuaskan dan pembelajaran akan terus berjalan dengan lancar dan mampu mengembangkan peserta didik nya dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan baik. Dan terus berusaha mengembangkan cara mengajar agar siswa terus mengembangkan semangat belajar. Class management is inseparable from the class mangement approach to make the class conducive. The classroom management approach is an activity in the teaching and learning process so that is runs in accordance with the goals and norms carried out by educators towards quality, competent and professional learning. The creation of effective and efficient learning will also create student learning motivation. The results of the pre study show that in the class there are some student who lack motivation to learn such as lazy to study,noisy in class, not doing assignments etc. here the teacher uses a classroom management approach as a way to increase student motivation to learn. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the classroom management approach in increasing student motivation at MA Baitul Kirom South Lampung. This study uses a descriptive analysis research type with a qualitative approach. The research subjects are the Madrasah Principal, teacher, and students, and the object of this research is Madrasah Aliyah Baitul Kirom South Lampung. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that: 1) the implementation of the permissive (freedom) approach at MA Baitul Kirom South Lampung has been implemented well. Student are giving freedom in learning and can choose the way of learning they want but by complying with the restrictions given by the teacher. The result is that students are more enthusiastic to learn and do the tasks given by the teacher so that this approach is able to increase their learning motivation. 2) the implementation of the behavior change approach at MA Baitul Kirom South Lampung has been implemented well by every teacher. The application of this approach by changing negative behavior and developing positive behavior. The teacher gives a warning or punishment to students who commit violations in the classroom (behave negatively) and give reward or prizes to students who have behaved positively as away to develop their behavior. The result is that students who are negative can change their negative behavior in the classroom and are able to increase their motivation to learn. And studens who have positive behavior maintain their behavior and are also able to develop their learning motivation. 3) the implementation v of the social emotional approach at MA Baitul Kirom South Lampung has been implemented well by the teachers there. The application of this socio emotional approach in order to build positive relationships in the classroom. The teacher build this relationship by discussing, communicating clearly and efectively, sharing in class so that students feel closer to the teacher and also forming grups between students in the class so that students are close and get to know each other. The result is that the application of this socio emotional approach can increase student learning motivation, with the creation of this relationship, students feel comfortable and the class becomes more lively so that the class becomes conducive and there is no awkwardness in the class. Rcomendations to MA Baitul Kirom Lampung Selatan teacher who have implemented a classroom management approach, hopefully they always maintain and continue to run smoothly and be able to develop their student and improve student learning motivation well. And continue to try to develop ways of teaching so that students continue to develop the spirit of learning. Keywords: classroom management approach, student learning motivation
