Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan disiplin belajar peserta didik dan bertujuan mendeskripsikan disiplin belajar, tahap pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dari pelaksanaan penerapan layanan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self-management dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas X OTKP di SMKN 8 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research dan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden mengenai penerapan layanan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self-management dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar peserta didik, sedangkan data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen dari responden. Semua data tersebut merupakan bahan-bahan untuk mendeskripsikan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self-management dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas X OTKP di SMKN 8 Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gambaran disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas X OTKP yang mengalami disiplin belajar rendah sebanyak 5 orang peserta didik dengan inisial AJ, DC, DN, FA, dan WED dimana beberapa orang peserta didik mengalami disiplin belajar rendah dalam beberapa mata pelajaran. 2) Pelaksanaan layanan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self�management dilaksanakan dalam seminggu dua kali di empat kali pertemuan di hari Senin dan Kamis yaitu pada pertemuan pertama asesmen, pertemuan kedua menentukan tujuan dan implementasi teknik self-management, pertemuan ketiga guru bimbingan dan konseling melakukan tindak lanjut, pertemuan keempat evaluasi dan pengakhiran. 3) Evaluasi dari pelaksanaan layanan konseling berhasil mengalami perubahan perilaku disilin belajar peserta didik setelah mendapatkan layanan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self�management. Kata kunci: Konseling Behavioral, Teknik Self-Management, Disiplin Belajar Rendah. iii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problem of student learning discipline and aims to describe learning discipline, implementation stages, and evaluation of the implementation of behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques in improving the learning discipline of students in class X OTKP at SMKN 8 Bandar Lampung. This research is a qualitative research with the type of field research research and uses a qualitative descriptive research design. This research uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents regarding the application of behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques in improving student learning discipline, while secondary data were in the form of documents from respondents. All of these data are materials for describing behavioral counseling with self-management techniques in improving the learning discipline of class X OTKP students at SMKN 8 Bandar Lampung. The results showed that: 1) The description of the learning discipline of class X OTKP students who experienced low learning discipline as many as 5 students with the initials AJ, DC, DN, FA, and WED where some students experienced low learning discipline in several subjects . 2) The implementation of behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques is carried out twice a week in four meetings on Mondays and Thursdays, namely at the first assessment meeting, the second meeting determines the goals and implementation of self-management techniques, the third meeting the guidance and counseling teachers take action further, the fourth meeting of evaluation and termination. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of counseling services successfully experienced changes in student learning discipline behavior after receiving behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques.
