Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang problematika yang dihadapi oleh guru dan orangtua peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Masa Pandemi ini mengharuskan kita untuk beradaptasi dengan segala kondisi terutama di dunia pendidikan. Hal ini membuat dunia pendidikan menjadi sedikit berbeda, untuk menghadapi tatanan baru yang diakibatkan pandemi Covid-19. Problematika yang dihadapi oleh guru dan juga orangtua peserta didik menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi individu tersebut. Pada pelaksanaan yang terjadi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar tentu setiap individu memiliki problematika atau permasalahan yang berbeda-beda dan juga memiliki suatu cara yang berbeda dalam menanggulangi hal yang terjadi. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah diatas dapat dirumuskan permasalahannya sebagai berikut: Bagaimanakah problematika yang dihadapi guru dan orangtua peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di masa pandemi covid-19? Bagaimanakah cara yang digunakan Guru dan Orangtua peserta didik dalam melaksanakan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di masa pandemi covid-19? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif desain studi kasus (Case Study) dimana didalamnya peneliti menyelidiki secara cermat suatu program peristiwa, aktivitas, proses, atau sekelompok individu. Kasus-kasus dibatasi oleh waktu dan aktivitas dan peneliti mengumpulkan informasi secara lengkap dengan menggunakan berbagai prosedur pengumpulan data berdasarkan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, Untuk mengetahui bagaimana problematika yang dihadapi oleh Guru dan Orangtua peserta didik dalam melaksanakan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara yamg digunakan Guru dan Orang tua peserta didik dalam melaksanakan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: Dalam praktek pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring. Mulai dari kesulitan menyampaikan tema-tema, menyediakan bahan ajar untuk peserta didik, hingga permasalahan anak yang enggan mengerjakan tugas. Cara yang digunakan oleh guru dan Orangtua Peserta didik dalam melaksanakan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Ra Al�Amanah Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung adalah dengan menggunakan sistem surat/tugas peserta didik pada hari senin berangkat kesekolah untuk mengambil tugas yang diberikan dan pada hari rabunya mereka mengumpulkan tugas dan mengambil tugas berikutnya hal ini dilakukan selama satu minggu, seperti contohnya tugas menghapal Q.s.An-Nas lalu peserta didik megumpulkan tugas vidio hapalan melalui Whatsapp Group. kemudian cara yang dilakukan oleh orang tua peserta didik dalam melaksanakan Kegiatan belajar mengajar saat Pandemi Covid-19 adalah dengan cara membimbing dan mengarahkan anaknya untuk mengikuti dan mengerjakan setiap tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. This pandemic period requires us to adapt to all conditions, especially in the world of education. This makes the world of education a little different, to deal with the new order caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The problems faced by teachers and also parents of students become a challenge for these individuals. In the implementation that occurs in teaching and learning activities, of course, each individual has different problems or problems and also has a different way of dealing with things that happen. Based on the background of the problem above, the problem can be formulated as follows: What are the problems faced by teachers and parents of students in teaching and learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic? What are the methods used by teachers and parents of students in carrying out teaching and learning activities during the covid-19 pandemic? This research uses a qualitative research method with case study design in which the researcher investigates carefully a program of events, activities, processes, or groups of individuals. The cases are limited by time and activity and the researcher collects complete information using various data collection procedures based on the allotted time. The purpose of this study was to find out how the problems faced by teachers and parents of students in carrying out teaching and learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. To find out how teachers and parents of students use teaching and learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the study found that: In the practice of learning carried out online. The teacher encountered several problems that needed to be addressed quickly. Starting from the difficulty of conveying themes, providing teaching materials for students, to the problem of children who are reluctant to do assignments. How to overcome the problems of teachers and parents of students in teaching and learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at Ra Al-Amanah Tanjung Happy, Bandar Lampung: teachers must increase creativity and ability in mastering learning technology by looking for learning models that are suitable for learning conditions during the pandemic, and the government is also involved in overcoming learning problems. And teachers must be able to process online classes to the maximum. Parents are very supportive of the success of children's achievements. Always motivate and provide innovations in guiding children, so that children are not bored and even stressed in learning, there must be good coordination between parents and teachers.
