Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah adalah kemampuan seseorang dalam proses mempengaruhi, membimbing, mendorong, menggerakkan dan mengarahkan orang lain dalam hal pembelajaran dan dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Kinerja guru juga meruapak faktor yang menentukan berkualitas tidaknya suatu madrasah. Dari penjelasan diatas penulis menulis ruusan masalah sebagai berikut: Apakah kepalamadrasah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MIN 2 Bandar Lampung?.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MIN 2 Bandar Lampung.Ditinjau dari jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian kuantitatif adalah mengembangkan dan menggunakan model-model matematis, teori-teori yang hipotesis yang berkaitan dengan fenomena alam. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang guru, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh guru di MIN 2 Bandar Lampung yaitu 30orang guru. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa t hitung sebesar 1,885 dan tingkat signifikan ( sig. ) 0,070. Sedangkan t tabel dk n-2 sama dengan 30-2 = 28 dengan α 0,05 adalah 2.048 dengan demikian t hitung < t tabel atau 1,885 < 2.048 dan sig. 0,070 > 0,05 maka Hо diterima dan Hα ditolak, berarti kepemimpinan kepala madrasah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, namun hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bawa berpengaruh sebesar 0,113 atau 11,3% dan sisanya 88,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak dijadikan fokus pada penelitin ini. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru semakin baik kualitas guru dan sebaliknya jika kepemimpinan kepala madrasah kurang baik akan maka tingkat kinerja guru akan rendah. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of madrasa principal leadership on teacher performance at MIN 2 Bandar Lampung. Judging from this type of research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The purpose of quantitative research is to develop and use mathematical models, hypothetical theories related to natural phenomena. The population in this study were 30 teachers, and the sample used in this study was a saturated sample, namely all teachers at MIN 2 Bandar Lampung, namely 30 teachers. The analytical technique used to test the hypothesis was simple regression analysis. The results showed that the t count was 1.885 and the significant level ( sig. ) was 0.070. While t table dk n-2 is equal to 30-2 = 28 with 0.05 is 2.048, thus t count < t table or 1.885 < 2.048 and sig. 0.070 > 0.05 then Hо is accepted and Hα is rejected, meaning that the leadership of the madrasah principal was no significant effect on teacher performance, but the results of the coefficient of determination show that it has an effect of 0.113 or 11.3% and the remaining 88.7% is influenced by factors that are not the focus in this research. Thus it can be said that the better the leadership of the madrasah principal can improve teacher performance, the better the quality of the teacher and vice versa if the leadership of the madrasah principal is not good, the level of teacher performance will be low.
