Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh Tri Wulandari Manajemen kurikulum adalah sebagai suatu system pengelolaan kurikulum yang kooperatif, komprhensif, sistemik, dan sistematik dalam rangka mewujudkan ketercapaian tujuan kurikulum. Dalam pelaksanaanya, manajemen kurikulum harus dikembangkan sesuai dengan konteks Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). Pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah sangat penting karena agama berperan di dalam kehidupan manusia. Agama menjamin kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan baik jasmani, rohani maupun social. Agama membawakan nilai-nilai moral yang mutlak, mengajak manusia berbudi luhur, hidup rukun dan damai antara sesama manusia. Pengetahuan dan penemuan baru dibidang ilmu, demikian pula mengenai status social yang dimiliki seseorang akan mudah menimbulkan kesesatan, kebimbangan dan kegelisahan, dan bahkan akan membahayakan bagi kehidupan manusia seandainya tidak dikendalikan oleh agama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah Tenaga pendidik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung, Kepala Sekolah, dan Waka Kurikulum. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memberikan makna terhadap data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dan dari makna itulah ditarik kesimpulan dengan memaparkan secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh: 1) Perencanaan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam yang ada di SMP Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung sudah memenuhi indikator yang penulis gunakan, hal ini dikarenakan perencanaan pembelajaran berupa RPP dan Silabus sudah tersedia. 2) Dalam Pelaksanaan Kuriklum guru Pendidikan Agama Islam mengajar sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang peneliti gunakan, ada tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu: a) melaksanakan tahap kegiatan pendahuluan. b) melaksanakan tahap kegiatan inti. c) iii melaksanakan tahap kegiatan penutup. 3) untuk evaluasi/penilaian hasil pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, guru SMP Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung menggunakan penilaian dengan berbagai cara, hal ini diperoleh dari Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Penilaian Pendidikan yang peneliti gunakan. In practice, curriculum management must be developed in accordance with the context of School-Based Management (SBM) and Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). Islamic religious education in schools was very important because religion plays a role in human life. Religion guarantees happiness and well-being both physically, spiritually and socially. Religion brings absolute moral values, invites people to be virtuous, live in harmony and peace between fellow human beings. New knowledge and discoveries in the field of science, as well as regarding a person's social status will easily lead to misguidance, doubt and anxiety, and will even endanger human life if it was not controlled by religion. This research was a qualitative research. The research subjects of this study were educators of Islamic Religious Education subjects at Al Kautsar Junior High School Bandar Lampung, the Principal, and the Deputy Head of Curriculum. Data collection was done by using interviews. Check the validity of the data was done by triangulation of sources. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that had been collected and from that meaning, conclusions were drawn by describing it descriptively. From the research results obtained: 1) The planning of Islamic Religious Education curriculum in SMP Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung has met the indicators that the author uses, this was because the lesson plans in the form of lesson plans and syllabus were already available. 2) In the Implementation of the Curriculum for Islamic Religious Education teachers teaching according to the problem formulation that the researcher uses, there were three stages of activity, namely: a) v carrying out the preliminary activity stage. b) carry out the core activity stage. c) carry out the closing activity stage. 3) for the evaluation/assessment of Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes, teachers of SMP Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung use assessment in various ways, this was obtained from the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2016 concerning Educational Assessment Standards that researchers use.
