Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis bertujuan mendeskripsikan “Analisis Teknik Punishment Oleh Guru Bk Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Membolos Peserta Didik Di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Latar belakang penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini Berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis, bahwasanya bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam membantu proses belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab membolos, langkah-langkah penerapan teknik punishment untuk membantu mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Untuk mengetahui hasil dari penerapan teknik punishment untuk mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi.Data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden mengenai punishment yang diberikan pada peserta didik yang membolos. Hasil penelitian ini yakni: 1. Faktor penyebab perilaku membolos yakni sering bangun kesiangan, diajak teman untuk membolos, tidak ingn bertemu dengan guru yang tidak disenangi. 2. Langkah-langkah penerapan teknik punishment untuk membantu mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 iv Bandar Lampung yakni 1. Peringatan atau teguran jika pelanggran baru dilakukan sekali, 2. Pemberian hukuman/ punishment jika pelanggaran dilakukan lebih dari sekali atau jika peringatan tersebut tidak di indahkan. 2) Hasil dari penerapan teknik punishment untuk mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung berdampak baik dikarenakan peserta didik merasakan malu setelah diberikan hukuman dan merasakan efek jeranya. Kata Kunci: Punishment, Membolos v ABSTRACT The author aims to describe "Analysis of Punishment Techniques by Bk Teachers to Reduce Student Behavior in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung". This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study research. The background of the author in conducting this research Based on the author's observations, that guidance and counseling at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung has a fairly large role in helping the learning process. Because the learning process is now starting to normally be done offline, while online learning has been done for approximately 2 years. This is one of the causes of students doing truancy behavior because they have to readjust the morning school schedule to come to school so the author wants to analyze punishment techniques. The purpose of this study is to find out the steps for applying punishment techniques to help overcome student truancy behavior in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. This research uses interview, documentation and observation collection techniques. Primary data is obtained directly from respondents regarding the punishment given to students who are truant. The results of this study are: 1. The steps for applying the punishment technique to help overcome the truancy behavior of students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung are 1. Warning or vi reprimand if the violation has only been committed once, 2. Giving punishment/punishment if the violation is committed more than once or if the warning is not heeded. 2) The results of the application of punishment techniques to overcome the truant behavior of students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung have a good impact because students feel ashamed after being given punishment and feel the deterrent effect.
