Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya pesserta didik yang memiliki perilaku kedisiplinan yang rendah di sekolah, terdapat tiga peserta didik yang menjadi fokus peneliti untuk di berikan layanan konselng individu dengan teknik behavioral contarct dengan harapan dapat merubah perilaku yang kurang disiplin menjadi disiplin sesuai dengan aturan tata tertib sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan alat penggumpul data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan konseling individu menggunakan teknik behavioral contract terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan peserta didik SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. Dalam hal ini adalah identifikasi perilaku, mendiskusikan ide kontrak perilaku,menyodorkan kontrak kepada semua pihak, garis besar prosedur tindak lanjut, memulai program, mencatat kemajuan dan hasil-hasil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling individu menggunakan teknik behavioral contract terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan peserta didik SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, dua peserta didik dengan inisial A N R dan M F F dapat memunculkan perilaku disiplin sesuai dengan yang di inginkan dalam kontrak perilaku dan satu peserta didik dengan inisial H M tidak berhasil atau kembali melakukan pelanggaran kedisiplinan di sekolah dengan tidak hadir tanpa keterangan satu kali dan tidak menggunakan atribut sekolah yang sesuai dengan tata tertib satu kali pada masa berlakunya kontrak perilaku. The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of implementing individual counseling used behavioral contract techniques to improve student discipline at Al-Azhar 3 Senior High School Bandar Lampung. In this case, identification of behavior, discussing the idea of a behavior contract, presenting the contract to all parties, outlines follow-up procedures, starting the program, recording progress and results. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that individual counseling used behavioral contract techniques to improve student discipline in SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, two students with the initials A N R and M F F can bring up disciplinary behavior in accordance with what is desired in the behavior contract and one student with the initials H M did not succeed or again committed a disciplinary violation at school by not attending without a one-time explanation and not used school attributes that were in accordance with the rules once during the validity period of the behavior contract.
