Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi perilaku konformitas negatif peserta didik kelas XI di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian Lampung Tengah, konformitas negatif merupakan perubahan tingkah laku ke arah negatif karena adanya tekanan kelompok, permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah banyaknya peserta didik yang mengalami perubahan tingkah laku seperti membolos, merokok, gaduh di dalam kelas, berkelahi bahkan sampai tawuran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi konformitas negatif peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan fenomena apa saja yang ditemui di lapangan. Adapun prosedur pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah guru BK yang ada di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian dan subjek penelitian ini adalah guru BK yang mewakili populasi tersebut, teknik pengambilan subjek dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, ketentuan subjek ini ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah berdasarkan peraturan guru BK, kemudian tempat penelitian ini adalah di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian Lampung Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru BK ialah melakukan kolaborasi dengan beberapa guru terkait yang ada di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian dan informasi dari orang tua peserta didik mengenai perilaku konformitas negatif peserta didik ketika di rumah atau di lingkungan masyarakat, kemudian guru BK melakukan pemantauan di sekolah baik pengamatan tingkah laku secara langsung maupun melalui absensi, nilai tugas dan nilai raport dan yang terakhir guru BK melakukan adanya layanan konseling individu dan teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik Punishment, melalui layanan tersebut guru BK mampu mengatasi konformitas negatif peserta didik dengan ditunjukkan adanya perubahan pada peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Konformitas Negatif, Konseling Individu iv ABSTRACT This study describes the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming the negative conformity behavior of class XI students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian Lampung Tengah, negative conformity is a change in behavior in the negative direction due to group pressure, the problem of this study is the number of learners who experience behavioral changes such as skipping, smoking, rowdy in the classroom, Fight even to the point of fighting. The purpose of this research was to find out how the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming the negative conformity of students This study using qualitative research types, with the type of research is field research, where researchers describe what phenomena are encountered in the field. As for the data collection procedure using observation, interviews and documentation, the population in this study is BK teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian and the subject of this study is BK teachers who represent the population, subject retrieval techniques using purposive sampling, the provisions of this subject are determined by the school based on BK teacher regulations, then the place of this research was at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian Lampung Tengah. Based on the results of the study shows that the efforts of BK teachers were to collaborate with several related teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian and information from parents of students about the negative conformity behavior of learners when at home or in the community, then the BK teacher conducts monitoring in the school both observation of behavior directly and through attendance, task value and raport value and finally BK teachers conduct individual counseling services and techniques used, namely Punishment techniques, through these services BK teachers are able to overcome the negative conformity of learners by showing changes in students.
