Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian pengaruh layanan konseling individual dengan pendekatan rational emotie behavior teknik homework terhadap kepercayaan diri korban bullying peserta didik ini dilatar belakangi oleh sering timbulnya permasalahan peserta didik di SMP yang sering mengalami permasalahan dalam menurunnya kepercayaan diri yang diakibatkan oleh bullying. Timbulnya permasalahan dalam kepercayaan diri korban bullying peserta didik akibat perbedaan yang ada pada peserta didik, baik dari segi lingkungan masyarakat, ekonomi, dan keluarga. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengamati pengaruh layanan konseling individual menggunakan teknik homework terhadap kepercayaan diri korban bullying peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling individual menggunakan teknik homework terhadap kepercayaan diri korban bullying peserta didik di SMP Assafina. Penelitian ini mengguakan tenik pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara dan observasi. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperiment design one group pretest-posttest design. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh layanan konseling individual menggunakan teknik homework terhadap kepercayaan diri korban bullying peserta didik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII yang berjumlah 2 peserta didik yang memiliki permasalahan dalam kepercayaan diri. Dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh layanan konseling individual menggunakan teknik homework terhadap kepercayaan diri korban bullying peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Assafina berpengaruh dan mengalami perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik pada peserta didik. Hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan hasil pretest dan posttest yang telah dilalukan sebelum dan setelah pemberian layanan berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Dan hasil pretest menggunakan instrument berupa angket, peserta didik mendapatkan skor sebesar 109 dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 53,5. Kemudian hasil posttest peserta didik mendapatkan skor sebesar 180 dengan skor rata-rata 90. Dan diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,018 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari r tabel signifikasi 0.05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, Jika nilai z 1.3 maka didapat z tabel dengan signifikan 0.05 yaitu sebesar 0,4115 dan dapat disimpulkan kan z hitung lebih besar dari -Z tabel dan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat perbedaan antara hasil pretest dan posttest sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh layanan konseling individual menggunakan teknik homework terhadap kepercayaan diri korban bullying peserta didik di kelas VII SMP Assafina. Kata Kunci: Konseling Individual, Teknik Homework, Kepercayaan Diri, Pengaruh. iii ABSTRACT The research on the effect of individual counseling services used a rational emotion behavior approach with homework techniques on the self-confidence of victims of bullying students is motivated by the frequent occurrence of problems for students in junior high school who often experience problems in decreasing self-confidence caused by bullying. Problems arise in the self-confidence of victims of bullying by students due to the differences that exist in students, both in terms of the community, economy, and family environment. Therefore, the researcher wanted to observe the effect of individual counseling services using the homework technique on the self-confidence of victims of bullying students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual counseling services using the homework technique on the self-confidence of victims of bullying students at Assafina junior high school. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The approach in this study was a quantitative approach with a pre�experimental research design, one group pretest-posttest design. This study focused on the effect of individual counseling services using the homework technique on the self�confidence of students' bullying victims. The sample in this study was class VII students, totaling 2 students who had problems in self-confidence. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the effect of individual counseling services using the homework technique on the self-confidence of victims of bullying in class VII students at SMP Assafina had an effect and experienced changes for the better for students. This has been proven by the results of the pretest and posttest that have been carried out before and after service delivery based on data analysis using the Wilcoxon Test. And the results of the pretest using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, students get a score of 109 with an average score of 53.5. Then the posttest results of students get a score of 180 with an average score of 90. And obtained a significant value of 0.018 where the value was smaller than the significance Rtable of 0.05 then Ha was accepted and H0 is rejected. 0.4115 and it can be concluded that Z count is greater than -Z table and it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a difference between the results of the pretest and posttest, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of individual counseling services using the homework technique on the self-confidence of victims of bullying in seventh grade of students of Assafina Junior high school.
