Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Practical Life Terhadap Kemandirian Anak Usia Dini di Paud KB Muara Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen dengan design Pre-eksperimental design dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling bejumlah 27 sampel dari 53 populasi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi serta dokumentasi berupa data pre test (sebelum diberikan perlakuan) dan post test (sesudah diberi perlakuan). Alat pengumpul data yang utama menggunakan observasi yang diberikan kepada guru untuk menilai kemandiian anak. Instrumen observasi sebelum digunakan, dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas serta dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Pada pengujian hipotesis peneliti menggunakan Uji-T Berpasangan (Paired Sample T-Test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kemandirian anak mengalami peningkatan, terbukti dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat uji SPSS versi 25 for windows, mendapatkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 (5%), dalam hal ini, artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran practical life terhadap kemandirian anak di Paud KB Muara Timur, Kecamatan Tanjung Raya, Kabupaten Mesuji. Kata Kunci : Practical Life, dan Kemandirian Anak Usia Dini iii ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the Practical Life Learning Model on Early Childhood Independence in Paud KB Muara Timur. The type of research used in this research is experimental design with pre-experimental design with quantitative methods. The sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique totaling 27 samples from 53 populations, with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation in the form of pre-test (before treatment) and post-test (after treatment). The main data collection tool uses observations given to teachers to assess children's independence. The observation instrument before being used was tested to determine the validity and reliability as well as normality and homogeneity tests were carried out. In testing the hypothesis, the researcher used Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study indicate that children's independence has increased, as evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 for windows, getting the Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000, this value is smaller than 0.05 (5%), in this case, it means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of practical life learning models on children's independence in Muara Timur Early Childhood Education. , Tanjung Raya District, Mesuji Regency.
