Abstract

ABSTRACT In the last decade, the movement of religious extremism has been difficult to contain, let alone eliminate in this country. They always appear suddenly accompanied by an organized movement targeting the younger generation of students and students. Of course, strengthening the values of religious moderation, one of which is through Aswaja learning, is very much needed, in order to become a stronghold of aqidah, fikrah and harakah for the younger generation in the midst of the diversity of religious and national life in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The sources of data in this study are the principal, deputy head of the curriculum, teachers and students. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the activities in data analysis include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification, while the data wetness test in this study uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of the research on strengthening various moderating values through aswaja learning at MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw, aswaja teachers are very mature in terms of planning in the preparation of learning tools that include strengthening religious moderation. The implementation of learning uses methods including contextual learning and lecture methods. Evaluation is based on 3 aspects assessed, namely knowledge, skills and attitudes. The impact of strengthening religious moderation for students fosters a sense of tolerance and mutual respect and creates a positive impression for the community around MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw who is actually non-Muslim. Thus, it can be concluded that strengthening the values of religious moderation through Aswaja learning at MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw Tanggamus has become a determining factor in strengthening the value of religious moderation. evidenced by professional teachers with learning methods that are not monotonous, the preparation of learning tools that have covered strengthening the values of religious moderation, as well as an assessment that includes 3 aspects namely knowledge, skills and attitudes as well as observations of student behavior in everyday life. In addition, it also has a positive impact both felt by students and the community around MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw Tanggamus. Keywords: Moderation of Religion, Values, Learning, Aswaja, Methods, Evaluation, Impact iii ABSTRAK Dalam dasawarsa terakhir, gerakan ektrimisme dalam beragama sungguh sulit dibendung apalagi dihilangkan di negeri ini. Mereka selalu muncul tiba-tiba disertai gerakan terorganisir menyasar generasi muda kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa. Tentu penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama salah satunya melalaui pembelajaran Aswaja sangat dibutuhkan, guna menjadi benteng aqidah, fikrah dan harakah generasi muda di tengah keberagaman kehidupan beragama dan berbangsa di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, guru dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian aktivitas dalam analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, sedanguji kebasahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tekhnik . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragam melalaui pembelajaran aswaja di MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw, guru pengajar aswaja sanagat matang dari segi perencanaan dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran yang memuat penguatan moderasi beragama. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode diantaranya metode contextual learning dan ceramah. Evaluasi didasarkan pada 3 aspek yang dinalai yaitu pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap. Adapun dampak dari penguatan moderasi beragama bagi siswa menumbuhkan rasa toleransi dan saling menghargai serta menimbulkan kesan positif bagi masyarakat sekitar MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw yang notabene non-muslim. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui pembelajaran Aswaja di MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw Tanggamus telah menjadi faktor penentu dalam menguatkan nilai moderasi beragama. dibuktikan dengan pengajar yang professional dengan metode pembelajaran yang tidak monoton, penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran yang sudah mengcover penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, juga penilaian yang meliputi 3 aspek yakni pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap serta pengamatan terhadap prilaku siswa dalam keseharaian. Selain itu juga memiliki dampak positif baik dirasakan oleh siswa maupun masyarakat sekitar MTs Mathlaul Anwar Landbaw Tanggamus.
