Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan dalam islam menempatkan seorang guru sebagai sosok yang memiliki derajat paling mulia dan terhormat. Gelar sorang guru tidak hanya diakui oleh kalangan manusia saja. Allah SWT secara langsung menjamin status seorang guru dengan jaminan mengangkat derajatnya baik didunia maupun diakhirat. Karena tugas guru merupakan pengemban tugas yang sangat mulia, yaitu memnentukan kemaujan dan pola fikir dari generasi penerus bangsa. Begitu pentingnya tugas seorang guru, maka sudah seharusnya seorang guru memiliki kompetensi dan skill yang harus dikuasai oleh pribadi seorang guru. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Menurut Ibn Jama‟ah dan KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari dan Relevansi Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Menurut Ibn Jama‟ah dan KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari dengan Permendiknas Nomor 16 tahun 2007 Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat kepustakaan (Library Reasearch) dengan metode dokumentasi dan pendekatan content analysis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kitab Tadzkiratu Al-Sami‟ wa Al�Mutakallim karya Syaikh Badruddin Ibn Jama‟ah dan Kitab Adāb al-„Ālim Wa Al�Muta‟allim karya Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka. Adapun analisis datanya yaitu menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari peneliti ini adalah kompetensi kepribadian seorang guru menurut Syaikh Ibn Jama‟ah dan Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari terdiri dari 3 komponen, yaitu kompetensi guru terhadap diri sendiri, kompetensi guru dalam proses mengajar dan kompetensi guru terhadap muridnya. Ketiga kompetensi yang dikemukakan oleh kedua tokoh tetrssebut memiliki perbedaan dalam jumlah komponen dari masing-masing sub-bab, dimana kompetensi guru terhadap diri sendiri menurut Syaikh Ibn Jama‟ah ada 12 dan menurut Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari ada 20, kompetensi guru dalam proses KBM menurut Syaikh Ibn Jama‟ah ada 14 dan menurut Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari ada 16 dan kompetensi guru terhadap murid dari kedua tokoh tersebut ada 14 komponen. Dari ketiga kompetensi tersebut kepribadian seorang guru menurut Syaikh Ibn Jama‟ah dan Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari memiliki relevansi yang sangat signifikan dengan dunia pendidikan di era modern ini terutama dengan Permendiknas Nomor 16 Tahun 2007 tentang Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi Guru. Akan tetapi ada beberapa poin kompetensi kepribadian guru menurut Syaikh Ibn Jama‟ah dan Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari yang tidak terdapat didalam Permendiknas Nomor 16 Tahun 2007. The title of a teacher is not only recognized by humans. Allah SWT directly guarantees the status of a teacher with a guarantee of elevating his status both in this world and in the hereafter. Because the task of the teacher is the bearer of a very noble task, namely determining the will and mindset of the next generation of the nation. Once the importance of the task of a teacher, then a teacher should have the competencies and skills that must be mastered by a teacher personally. In this regard, the formulation of the problem in this study is Teacher Personality Competence According to Ibn Jama'ah and KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and the Relevance of Teacher Personality Competencies According to Ibn Jama'ah and KH. Hasyim Asy'ari with Permendiknas Number 16 of 2007. This research is a library research with documentation method and content analysis approach. The data sources in this study used the Book of Tadzkiratu Al�Sami' wa Al-Mutakallim by Shaykh Badruddin Ibn Jama'ah and the Kitab Adab al-'Ālim Wa Al-Muta'allim by Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. While the data collection technique of this research is the literature study method. The data analysis is using content analysis and descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this researcher is the personality competence of a teacher according to Shaykh Ibn Jama'ah and Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari consists of 3 components, namely the competence of the teacher towards himself, the competence of the teacher in the teaching process and the competence of the teacher to his students. The three competencies proposed by the two figures have differences in the number of components of each sub-chapter, where the teacher's competence towards oneself according to Shaykh Ibn Jama'ah is 12 and according to Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari there are 20, teacher competence in the teaching and learning process according to Shaykh Ibn Jama'ah there are 14 and according to Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari there are 16 and the competence of teachers to students of the two figures there are 14 components. Of the three competencies, the personality of a teacher according to Shaykh Ibn Jama'ah and Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari has a very significant relevance to the world of education in this modern era, especially with Permendiknas Number 16 of 2007 concerning Academic Qualifications and Teacher Competencies. However, there are several points of teacher personality competence according to Shaykh Ibn Jama'ah and Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari which is not contained in Permendiknas Number 16 of 2007.
