Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatar belakangi maraknya prilaku�prilaku yang tidak etis terutama pada praktik bisnis produksi rumahan, setiap pelaku bisnis haruslah menerapkan etika dengan benar. Etika dalam memproduksi, etika kepada pelanggan ataupun etika kepada masyarakat sekitar. Penerapan etika yang benar , akan membuat kegiatan bisnis yang dijalankan akan berjalan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku dan tidak menyimpang, sehingga tidak ada pihak manapun yang merasa diragukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prakter produksi dan penerapan dari etika bisnis islam terhadap produksi rumahan bintang bakery kecamatan sukarame Bandar Lampung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu : 1. Bagaimana praktek produksi yang diterapkan Bintang Bakery sukarame Bandar Lampung. 2. Bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada produksi rumahan Bintang Bakery sukarame Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prakter produksi yang diterapkan oleh bintang bakery sukarame Bandar Lampung dan untuk mengetahui penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada produksi rumahan bintang bakery sukarame Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dan pemilik dijadikan sampel karena kurang dari 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada proses memperoleh bahan baku, produksi, hingga saat proses penjualan pada produksi rumahan bintang bakery sukarame Bandar Lampung ini telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan proses produksi. Dapat dilihat dari sikap pemilik dan karyawan dalam menjalankan proses produksi. Melayani pelanggan serta dalam proses produksinya sesuai dengan proses produksi dalam Islam ditinjau dari pengamatan peneliti dari proses menadapatkan bahan-bahan baku yang diperoleh dari toko-toko dan pasar yan terpecaya yang menjaminkan penggunaan bahan bahan yang halal. Pemilik produksi rumahan bintang bakery sangat memperhatikan kualitas produk serta kebersihan. Kata Kunci : Penerapan, Etika, dan Produksi ABSTRACT The research in this thesis is motivated by the rise of unethical behavior, especially in the practice of home-based production businesses, every business person must apply ethics correctly. Ethics in producing, ethics to customers or ethics to the surrounding community. The application of correct ethics will make the business activities carried out in accordance with the applicable rules and do not deviate, so that no party feels doubted. The purpose of this study was to determine the production practices and application of Islamic business ethics to the home production of Bintang Bakery, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely: 1. How is the production practice applied by Bintang Bakery Sukarame Bandar Lampung. 2. How to apply Islamic business ethics to the home production of Bintang Bakery Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine the production practices applied by the Sukarame bakery star in Bandar Lampung and to determine the application of Islamic business ethics in the home production of the Sukarame bakery star in Bandar Lampung. This research method uses qualitative field research. By using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study were all employees and owners as samples because there were less than 30 people. The results of this study indicate that in the process of obtaining raw materials, production, until the sales process at the home production of the Sukarame bakery star in Bandar Lampung, they have applied Islamic business ethics in carrying out the production process. It can be seen from the attitude of the owners and employees in carrying out the production process. Serving customers and in the production process in accordance with the production process in Islam in terms of the observations of researchers from the process of obtaining raw materials obtained from trusted shops and markets that guarantee the use of halal ingredients.
