Abstract

ABSTRAK Dana desa yang diberikan kepada desa oleh pemerintah pusat sangatlah besar. Pengelolaan keuangan desa yang akuntabilitas menjadi tujuan dan harapan bagi pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pemahaman dan peran dari perangkat desa untuk mengelola keuangan desa. Penelitian ini berfungsi untuk menguji pengaruh antara pemahaman dan peran perangkat desa terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa dalam perspektif islam di Desa Way Galih Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif berdasarkan studi lapangan. Data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disiapkan oleh peneliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat Desa Way Galih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemilihan sampel berupa metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria perangkat Desa Way Galih, beragama muslim atau muslimah, tingkat pendidikan minimal SMA, menjabat kepegawaian desa minimal 2 tahun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 29 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel pemahaman dan peran perangkat desa berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (Uji t) nilai t hitung variabel pemahaman sebesar 7,545 dan variabel peran perangkat desa sebesar 5,200. Penelitian ini memiliki Adjusted R Square (R2 ) senilai 0,955 dijelaskan bahwa variabel dependen yaitu akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa dapat dijelaskan oleh pemahaman dan peran perangkat desa sebesar 95,5 %, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 4,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Menurut perspektif akuntansi syariah akuntabilitas merupakan sebuah amanah yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah desa sebagai pertanggungjawaban kepada masyarakat. Amanah tersebut berupa pengelolaan dana desa yang baik berdasarkan regulasi dan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. iv Kata Kunci: Pemahaman, Peran Perangkat Desa, Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana desa ABSTRACK Village funds provided to villages by the central government are enormous. Accountable village financial management is the goal and hope for both the government and the community. Therefore, there is a need for understanding and the role of village officials to manage village finances. This study serves to examine the effect of understanding and the role of village officials on the accountability of village fund management in an Islamic perspective in Way Galih Village, Tanjung Bintang District. This research is a quantitative research based on field reaserch. The data in this study are primary data obtained through a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The population in this study were all apparatus of Way Galih Village. This study uses a sample selection method in the form of a purposive sampling method with the criteria of the village apparatus of Way Galih, Muslim or Muslim, minimum high school education level, village staffing at least 2 years. The research sample was 29 respondents. The results of this study, the variables of understanding and the role of village officials have an effect on the accountability of village fund management. Based on the hypothesis test (t test), the t value of the understanding variable is 7.545 and the role variable of the village apparatus is 5.200. This study has Adjusted R Square (R2)worth 0.955 explained that the dependent variable is the village fund management accountability can be explained by the understanding and role of the village of 95.5%, while the remaining 4.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this research. According to the syariah accounting, accountability is a mandate that is carried out by the village government as an accountability to the community.
