Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja pendidik yang baik akan menghasilkan para peserta didik yang cerdas dan baik akhlaknya. Tentu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pendidik ada faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja. Kepala sekolah dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional lebih mengfokuskan pada perubahan bukan pada saat ini saja melainkan hingga masa depan dengan pendidik sebagai ujung tombaknya. Selain itu iklim kerja yang berkualitas tentu akan semakin meningkatkan semangat pendidik dalam mengajar. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pendidik di SMA Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah di SMA Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan analisis parametrik dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda ( Multiple Linier Regression ) berbentuk SPSS For Windows 25.0 dengan taraf 0,05. data dari masing masing variabel dikumpulkan secara terpisah melalui mengisi kuesioner yang disusun. Uji persyaratan Analisa terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji kolinearitas, dan uji Heteroskedastisitas teknis analisis data menggunakan uji T, uji F, regresi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik di SMA Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur dengan besaran koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,494 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 23% pada taraf signifikansi 0,05; (2) Iklim kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik di SMA Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur dengan besaran koefisien 0,232 dan koefisien determinasi 2,7%; (3) Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik di SMA Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,257 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 25,7%. Of course, to improve the performance of educators there are factors that affect the leadership of the principal and the work climate. Principals with transformational leadership styles focus more on change not just now but into the future with educators at the cutting edge. In addition, a quality work climate will certainly further increase the spirit of educators in teaching. This study aims to find out how influence the transformational leadership of principals and the work climate has on the performance of educators at Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur High School. This research was use a quantitative approach with this type of field research. The population in this study is at Muhammadiyah East Lampung High School. The population number of 50 educators. Data collection techniques use questionnaires on the Likert scale. Data analyzed with parametric analysis with multiple linear regression analysis models Spss for Windows 25.0 with a level of 0.05. Data from each variable is collected separately through filling out a compiled questionnaire. The analysis requirements test consists of a normality test, a cholinearity test, and a data analysis technical heteroskedasticity test using the T test, the F test, multiple regressions, and the coefficient of determination. The results was study concluded that: (1) the transformational leadership of the principal has an influence on the performance of educators at Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur High School with a correlation coefficient of 0.494 and a coefficient of determination of 23% at a significance level of 0.05; (2) The working climate has no effect on the performance of educators at Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur High School with correlation coefficient of 0,232 and a coefficient of determination of 2,7%; (3) The transformational leadership of the principal and the work climate simultaneously affect the performance of educators at Muhammadiyah Lampung Timur High School with a correlation coefficient of 0.257 and a coefficient of determination of 25.7%. transformational leadership,performance, work climate
