Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis mengambil judul “Profesionalisme Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling Dalam Menyusun Program Semester Di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profesionalisme guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menyusun program semester di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menyusun program semseter di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Upaya guru BK dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme penyusunan program semester di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif Adapun informan bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa : Background tenaga pengajar mapel BK SMAN 1 B. Lampung yaitu berasal dari Universitas Lampung dengan jurusan S1 Bimbingan dan Konseling. Responsibility dan pendalaman program merupakan usaha yang dilakukan tenaga pengajar mata pelajaran BK SMAN 1 B. Lampung dalam menaikan rasa profesionalisme di tiap semester. Usaha yang dilakukan tenaga pengajar sudah teroganisir pada satuan pelayanan BK, walaupun terdapat program yang tidak berjalan (terlaksana) hal ini disebabkan minimnya fasilitas penunjang kegiatan BK. MBGK, siposium/seminar, dan loka karya (workshop) mengenai BK merupakan kegiatan aktif tenaga pengajar guna mengupgrade diri menjadi profesionalsme. Tenaga pengajar mapel BK SMAN 1 B.Lampung sudah 11 tahun mengajar kemudian terdapatnya sertifikat dari lembaga perguruan tingggi tidak perlu diragunakan lagi rasa profesionalismenya guru bimbingan konseling di SMAN 1 B. Lampung. Penerapan prinsip, pemenuhan layanan konseling siswa/i, perumusan kegiatan, penentuan tujuan, pengorganisasian sumberdaya, indentifikasi, implementasi pelaksanaan BK dan evaluasi merupakan prosedur dalam menilai program Kata Kunci : Profesionalisme, Program Semester Bimbingan dan Konseling. iiABSTRACT The author takes the title "Professionalism of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Developing Semester Programs at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung". This study aims to describe the professionalism of guidance and counseling teachers in preparing semester programs at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. To find out how the guidance and counseling teacher in preparing the semester program at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung and to find out how the BK teacher's efforts in improving the professionalism of semester program preparation at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. This research is descriptive and is included in the type of qualitative research. The informants are sourced from primary and secondary data by using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that: The background of the teaching staff of the BK subject at SMAN 1 B. Lampung is from the University of Lampung with a bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counseling. Responsibility and program deepening are efforts made by teaching staff of BK SMAN 1 B. Lampung subjects in increasing their sense of professionalism in each semester. The efforts made by the teaching staff have been organized in the BK service unit, although there are programs that are not running (implemented) this is due to the lack of supporting facilities for BK activities. MBGK, siposium/seminars, and workshops on BK are active activities for teaching staff to upgrade themselves to professionalism. The teaching staff of the BK subject at SMAN 1 B. Lampung has been teaching for 11 years, then the existence of a certificate from a higher education institution does not need to be used again for the professionalism of the counseling guidance teacher at SMAN 1 B. Lampung. Application of principles, fulfillment of student counseling services, formulation of activities, determination of goals, organization of resources, identification, implementation of BK implementation and evaluation are procedures in assessing programs Keywords: Professionalism, Guidance and Counseling Semester Program
