Abstract

ABSTRAK Iswanti,Budi. 2020. Manajemen Pembelajaran PAUD Berbasis Alam TK Al – Karim School Bandar Lampung, Tesis Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Negri Raden Intan Lampung, Pembimbing DR. Yetri, M.Pd dan DR Koderi, M.Pd. Manajemen pembelajaran merupakan bagian dari perencanaan pendidikan yang memiliki peran sangat penting di lembaga PAUD. Melalui pembelajaram berbasis alam diketahui bagaimana lembaga tersebut menyusun rencana pembelajaran, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan penilaian untuk anak. Atas dasar itulah penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran PAUD berbasis alam yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan penilaian di TK Al-Karim School Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang menjadi sumber data adalah : kepala TK, guru dan orang tua murid dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu : wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis manajemen pembelajaran berbasis alam di TK Al-Karim School Bandar Lampung meliputi perencanaan menyusun program semester, mingguan dan harian. Pengorganisasian pemilihan dan pengembangan tema serta indikator yang sesuai dengan sekolah alam, serta sub tema yang digunakan langsung mengenalkan anak pada alam, Pelaksanaan pembelajaran didalam maupun di luar ruangan/kelas dengan pembiasaan-pembiasaan untuk menanamkan akhlak yang terpuji, kemandirian, logika dan suka berbagi/bermanfaat untuk orang lain. Pembiasaan baca pagi dengan metode yang menyenangkan berpengaruh positif menumbuhkan minat anak untuk suka membaca. Penilaian pembelajaran dilakukan setiap hari dan di akhir semester oleh guru/fasilitator. Serta dilakukan penilaian minat dan bakat anak tiap semester sekali. Kerjasama guru dan orang tua murid dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran sangat membantu tercapaianya tujuan pembelajaran sesuai visi, misi dan tujuan lembaga. Through nature-based learning, it is known how the institution prepares learning plans, organizing, implementing and assessing children. On this basis, this research is focused on describing nature-based PAUD learning management which includes planning, organizing, implementing and assessing at TK Al-Karim School in Bandar Lampung. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects who became the source of the data were the head of kindergarten, teachers and parents of the students using data collection techniques, namely: interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the analysis of nature-based learning management at TK Al-Karim School Bandar Lampung include planning to compile a semester, weekly and daily program. Organizing the selection and development of themes and indicators in accordance with the school of nature, as well as the sub-themes used to directly introduce children to nature, the implementation of learning inside and outside the room / class with habits to instill commendable morals, independence, logic and love to share / useful for others. The habit of reading in the morning with a fun method has a positive effect on growing children's interest in reading. The learning assessment is carried out every day and at the end of the semester by the teacher / facilitator. As well as an assessment of children's interests and talents once every semester. The collaboration between teachers and parents in implementing learning activities is very helpful in achieving learning objectives according to the vision, mission and goals of the institution.
