Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan suatu kebutuhan manusia yang memiliki peranan penting untuk mengembangkan potensi diri manusia kearah yang lebih baik. Pendidik merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan suatu tujuan pendidikan, dalam melaksanakan tugasnya pendidik harus memiliki dan memahami kompetensi. Kompetensi pendidik merupakan salah acuan yang harus dimiliki seorang pendidik dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik baik dari potensi psikomor, kognitif, maupun afektif. Di abad ke-21 ini banyak orang yang berprofesi menjadi seorang pendidik, namun banyak pendidik yang belum memahami kompetensi dalam melaksankan tugasnya. Sebagai contoh dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran pendidik kurang menyenangkan, tidak menghiraukan administrasi pembelajaran seperti rencana pembelajaran, tidak memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, serta tidak melaksanakan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep kompetensi pendidik dalam perspektif M. Athiyah al-Abrasyi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reseach) dengan jenis kajian pemikiran tokoh serta menggunakan pendekatan interpretatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpalan datanya dengan menghimpun informasi yang relevan dengan mencari buku-buku ataupun data lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pokok pembahasan. Serta teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis isi atau (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep kompetensi dalam perspektif M. Athiyah al-Abrasyi.Beliau berpendapat, pendidik dalam Islam harus memiliki kompetensi/kemampuan terdiri dari ikhlas, pemaaf, zuhud, kebersihan jiwa, pendidik merupakan orang tua kedua peserta didik, seorang pendidik harus mengetahui tabiat peserta didik, serta seorang pendidik harus menguasai mata pelajaran. Dari pendapat M. Athiyah al-Abrasyi sangat relevan dengan pendidikan saat ini yang tercantum pada Undang-Undang tentang Guru dan Dosen yang memiliki beberapa kompetensi yaitu kompetensi iikepribadian, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi pedagogik. Akan tetapi ada konsep menarik dari pendapat M. Athiyah al-Abrasyi yaitu zuhud dan kebersihan jiwa didalamnya sangat relevan dengan kompetensi spiritual. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Pendidik, M. Educators are one of the components of education that is very important in achieving the success of an educational goal. In carrying out their duties, educators must have and understand competencies. Educator competence is one of the references that an educator must have in developing the potential of students both from psychological, cognitive, and affective potential. In the 21st century, there are many people who work as educators, but many educators do not yet understand their competence in carrying out their duties. For example, in carrying out the learning process of educators it is less fun, ignoring learning administration such as lesson plans, not utilizing learning media, and not carrying out evaluations. This study aims to determine the concept of teacher competence in the perspective of M. Athiyah al-Abrasyi. This research is a library research (Library Research) with a type of study of the thoughts of figures and uses an interpretive approach. This study uses data coagulation techniques by gathering relevant information by searching for books or other data related to the subject matter. As well as data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques or (Content Analysis). The results showed that the concept of competence in the perspective of M. Athiyah al-Abrasyi. He argues, educators in Islam must have competencies / abilities consisting of sincerity, forgiveness, zuhud, cleanliness of the soul, Educators are father or mother before becoming, an educator must know the character of students, and an educator must master the subject.From the opinion of M. athiyah al abrasyi, it is very relevant to the current education listed in the law on teachers and lecturers who have several competencies, namely personality competence, professional competence, social competence, and pedagogic competence. However, there is an interesting concept from Mathiyah's opinion, namely zuhud and cleanliness of the soul in it which is very relevant to spiritual competence. Keywords:Educator Competence, M.
