Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan jalan ini sangat berpengaruh untuk menghasilkan kualitas aspal sehingga harus benar-benar dilakukan pengujian laboratorium, dengan memilih material yangterbaik dan alat yang cukup canggih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan sifat fisika material antara aspal panas AC-BC yang memenuhi standar kualitas dengan yang tidak memenuhi standar kualitas. Kemudian untuk mengetahui komposisi material yang baik untuk memenuhi kriteria sifat fisika material dari pengujian marshall dan yang terakhir untuk mengetahui kontribusi pencampuran mutu kualitas aspal panas AC-BC terhadap pembelajaran IPA khususnya Fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif sering disebut metode penelitian naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan pada kondisi yang alamiah (natural setting); disebut juga sebagai metode etnographi, karena pada awalnya metode ini lebih banyak digunakan untuk penelitian bidang antropologi budaya; disebut sebagai metode kualitatif, karena data yang terkumpul dan analisisnya lebih bersifat kualitatif. Dari hasil analisa ditemukan bahwa pengaruh dan perbedaan sifat fisika pada campuran aspal AC-BC sangat berpengaruh terhadap sifat fisika yang dihasilkan seperti sifat mekanik, sifat fisik, sifat kimia, dan sifat teknologi dari proses pencampuran aspal melalui uji agregrat marsalll yang menghasilkan kualitas aspal yang bisa mendukung pembangunan suatu proyek dengan maksimal.Komposisi material fisika dalam pencampuran AC-BC untuk bisa mencapai tingkat kualitas adalah dengan melihat parameterspesifikasi yang ditetapkan oleh Bina Marga 2018 seperti kadar aspal yang optimal,pemilihan agregat yang sesuai, rasio aspal agregrat yang tepat, karakteristik agregrat, distribusi viod yang optimal serta pemanasan dan pencampuran yang tepat.Konstribusi pencampuran aspal AC-BC pada pembelajaran Fisika ialah untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan materi pembelajaran untuk materi Fluida pada kelas II SMA. This research aims to determine the influence and differences in material physical properties between AC-BC hot asphalt that meets quality standards and that that does not meet quality standards. Then to find out the good composition of the material to meet the criteria for the physical properties of the material from Marshall testing and finally to find out the contribution of AC-BC hot asphalt quality mixing to science learning, especially Physics. This research uses qualitative research methods, often called naturalistic research methods because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural settings); also called the ethnographic method, because initially this method was more widely used for research in the field of cultural anthropology; It is called a qualitative method, because the data collected and the analysis is more qualitative in nature. From the results of the analysis it was found that the influence and differences in physical properties of the AC-BC asphalt mixture greatly influence the resulting physical properties such as mechanical properties, physical properties, chemical properties and technological properties of the asphalt mixing process through the Marshall aggregate test which produces quality asphalt that can support the development of a project to the maximum. The physical material composition in AC-BC mixing to achieve the quality level is to look at the specification parameters set by Bina Marga 2018 such as optimal asphalt content, appropriate aggregate selection, appropriate aggregate asphalt ratio, aggregate characteristics, optimal viod distribution and heating and proper mixing. The contribution of AC�BC asphalt mixing in Physics learning is to serve as learning material for Fluids in class II high school. Keywords: AC-BC Asphalt Mixing, Physical Properties, Quantitative
