Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Implementasi pelrelncanaan sarana dan prasarana yaitu, RKAM, daril awal tahuln melnyulsuln perelncanaan anggaran madrasah dibultulhkan ulntulk relncana jangka panjang, melnelngah dan pelndelk madrasah anggarkan daril dana bos selbagilan daril komiltel, komiltel pelmbangulnan setiap tahulnnya, yailtul dana pelmbangulan dari anggaran barang sarpras yang dilelngkapil selpelrti mobelelr, alat olahraga, lab, ulks. Kemudian pelngadaan sarpras selbelulm melakulkan pelngadaan barang sarpras prosels pelrelncanaan haruls dilakulkan, sulpaya dapat melmilnilmalilsasil kelsalahan yang telrjadil. Pelrelncanaan pelngadaan barang sarpras dilakulkan belrdasarkan analilsis kelbultulhan dan pelnelntulan skala priloriltas. Dalam hal prosels pelrelncanaan melilpultil analilsils kelbultulhan dan fulngsil, pelnyulsulnan proposal pelngadaan, selrta pelmbulatan draf anggaran yang haruls dilselsulailkan delngan kel telrseldilaan dana ulntulk melakulkan prosels pelngadaan barang sarpras melilpultil prosels pelnelntulan cara melmpelrolelh sarpras, selpelrtil melmbelil, melmbulat selndilril, melnelrilma bantulan, dan lailnnya. Bahwa ulntulk melngatulr telrhadap pelngadaan barang cara melngatulrnya melnggulnakan dana bos jadil kelrjasama dan komulnilkasil delngan pilhak belndahara ulntulk sarpras, Lalu l pelmelilharaan sarpras terkait ada barang yang rulsak selcelpat mulngkiln apabila kalaul barang iltul masilh bilsa dilperlbailkil akan dilpelrbailkil kalaul tildak bilsa akan dilgantil barang yang barul sulpaya nyaman dalam belajar dildalam kelas, telrkailt dengan pelngelcelkan ilnil kelpala madrasah masulk kedalam seltilap kelas ulntulk pelngontrolan haruls dilpelrbailkil barang yang rulsakl, telrkailt delngan pelngelcelkan dalam jangka 3 bulan selkalil, kelpala madrasah puln flelksilbel dalam hal pelngelcelkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menganalisa data dengan cara menggambarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan sesuai keadaan, dengan subjek penelitian Kepala Madrasah, Guru Akidah Akhlak, dan Siswa di MTs Swasta Assyifa Karang Sari Lampung Selatan. Dimana peneliti ini memperoleh data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara sebagai metode iii pokok, dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pendukung, guna untuk melengkapi data-data. Dalam analisis data juga peneliti menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan panarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah peneliti lakukan selama dua minggu di MTs Swasta Assyifa Karang Sari Lampung Selatan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa, pelaksanaan perencanaan sarpras ialah RKAM madrasah sudah menyusun yang dibutuhkan ditahun ini dan ada jangka panjang, menengah dan pendek, lalu madrasah sudah rencanakan untuk rencana kerja dan lainnya. Sudah dibagi setiap masing-masing bidang yang akan direncanakan apa saja yang harus beli dan anggaran untuk perencanaan sarana dan prasarana ini madrasah menggunakan dana yang diberikan dari pemerintah yaitu dana BOS. Kemudian bahwa sebelum melakukan pengadaan barang sarpras proses perencanaan harus dilakukan, supaya dapat meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi. Perencanaan pengadaan barang sarpras dilakukan berdasarkan analisi kebutuhan dan penentuan skala prioritas. Sebagai contoh perlengkapan barang yang habis akan diprioritaskan untuk didapatkan terlebih dahulu dibanding perlengkapan lainnya. Dalam hal proses perencanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan dan fungsi, penentuan skala prioritas kebutuhan, penyusunan proposal pengadaan, serta membuatan draf anggaran biaya yang harus disesuaikan dengan ketersedian dana untuk melakukan proses pengadaan barang sarpras, dan meliputi proses penentuan cara memperoleh sarpras, seperti membeli, membuat sendiri, menerima bantuan, dan lainnya. Lalu untuk memelihara barang dikelas dengan baik Bertanggung jawab ketika menggunakan Sarpras Sekolah, baik sarpras alat untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar agar tercapai tujuan teori pendidikan. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Manajemen, Sarana dan Prasarana. iv ABSTRACT The problem in this research is, the implementation of planning for facilities and infrastructure, namely, RKAM, from the beginning of the year preparing the madrasah budget planning required for long, medium and short term plans, the madrasah budgets from the boss's funds, part of the commute, development committee every year, namely development funds from the budget infrastructure items that are equipped such as mobiles, sports equipment, labs, uks. Then the procurement of infrastructure items before carrying out the procurement of infrastructure items, a planning process must be carried out, in order to minimize errors that occur. Planning for the procurement of infrastructure items is carried out based on needs analysis and determining the priority scale. In terms of the planning process, it includes analyzing needs and functions, preparing procurement proposals, as well as drafting a budget which must be adjusted to the availability of funds to carry out the procurement process for infrastructure goods, including the process of determining how to obtain infrastructure, such as purchasing, making deliveries, receiving assistance, and so on. That to regulate the procurement of goods, the way to arrange it is to use the boss's funds, so that cooperation and communication with the treasurer for infrastructure, then maintenance of related infrastructure, there are damaged items as quickly as possible, if the item can still be repaired, it will be repaired, if not, it will be replaced with a new item to make it comfortable. in learning in the classroom, related to checking, the head of the madrasa goes into each class to control damaged items, related to checking every 3 months, the head of the madrasa is also flexible in terms of checking. This research uses descriptive qualitative, which means analyzing data by describing the data that has been collected according to the circumstances, with the research subjects being the Head of Madrasah, Aqidah Akhlak Teachers, and Students at Private MTs Assyifa Karang Sari, South Lampung. This researcher obtained v data using the observation method, interviews as the main method, and documentation as a supporting method to complete the data. In data analysis, researchers also use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis and discussions that researchers conducted for two weeks at the Assyifa Karang San Private MTA, South Lampung, the results were that, the implementation of infrastructure planning in the RKAM of the madrasah has prepared what is needed this year and there are long, medium and short term, then the madrasah has planned for hit plans and so on. It has been divided into each area that will be planned, what needs to be purchased and the budget for planning facilities and infrastructure for this madrasah using funds provided by the government, namely BOS funds. Then, before procuring infrastructure goods, a planning process must be carried out, so that errors can be identified. Planning for the procurement of infrastructure goods is carried out based on analysis of needs and priority scale identification. For example, equipment that is out of stock will be prioritized to be obtained first compared to new equipment. In the case of the planning process, it includes analyzing needs and functions, determining the priority scale of needs. preparation of procurement proposals, as well as drafting a cost budget that must be adjusted to the availability of funds to carry out the procurement process for infrastructure goods, and includes the process of determining how to obtain infrastructure infrastructure, such as buying, making it yourself, receiving assistance, and so on. Then for maintaining goods in good condition. using school infrastructure, both infrastructure and tools to support learning activities in order to achieve educational theoretical goals.
