Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas sebuah pengaruh konversi lahan terhadap pendapatan Masyarakat Dusun 5 Desa Sendang Asih Kecamatan Sendang Agung, dengan pengalihan Lahan persawahan menjadi industri batu bata yang ada di dusun 5 desa sendang asih kecamatan sendang agung masyarakat dapat mengubah lahan yang tidak produktif menjadi lahan yang bermanfaat, selain itu masyarakat juga mengkonversikan lahan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pedapatan mereka agar lebih baik lagi terhadap perekonomian dan kesejahtraan para pelaku konversi lahan yang ada sehingga perekonomian masyarakat cukup stabil baik segi sandang,papan,pangan cukup. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini Apakah konversi lahan persawahan ke industri batu bata berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan masyarakat dusun 5 di desa sendang asih kecamatan sendang agung kabupaten lampung tengah? Dan Apakah konversi lahan persawahan ke industri batu bata berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan masyarakat dusun 5 di desa sendang asih kecamatan sendang agung kabupaten lampung tengah dalam perspektif ekonomi islam?.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan lahan persawahan yang sebelum di konversikam dan setelah di konversikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat dusun 5 desa sendang asih. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kusioner secara purposive sampling dari 158 populasi dan menghasilkan 39,5 responden sehingga dibulatkan menjadi 40 responden. Untuk membantu mengolah data agar lebih valid menggunkan aplikasi SPSS versi 23 Adapun hasil penelitian ini ialah dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel (X1) konversi lahan persawahan ke industri batu bata berpengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) Keputusan Pendapatan masyarakat. Karena dengan adanya konversi lahan ini pendapatan yang diperoleh masyarakat dapat meningkat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari mereka. Dan dalam Pandangan Islam tentang konversi lahan diperbolehkan hal ini dikarenakan Allah membolehkan manusia untuk menggunakan dan mengelola sumber daya alam dengan baik. ABSTRACT This research discusses the influence of land conversion on the income of the people of Hamlet 5, Sendang Asih Village, Sendang Agung District, by converting rice fields into a brick industry in Hamlet 5, Sendang Asih Village, Sendang Agung District, the community can convert unproductive land into useful land. Apart from that, the community also converts land with the aim of increasing their income so that it will improve the economy and welfare of the existing land converters so that the community's economy is quite stable in terms of clothing, shelter and sufficient food. The formulation of the problem in this research does the conversion of rice fields to the brick industry affect the income of the people of Hamlet 5 in Sendang Asih village, Sendang Agung subdistrict, Central Lampung district? And does the conversion of rice fields to the brick industry affect the income of the people of hamlet 5 in Sendang Asih village, Sendang Agung sub-district, Central Lampung district from an Islamic economic perspective? This research aims to compare the rice fields before conversion and after conversion on the income of the hamlet people. 5 villages of Sendang Asih. This research used a descriptive quantitative method, where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling from 158 populations and resulted in 39.5 respondents so that it was rounded up to 40 respondents. To help process the data to make it more valid, use the SPSS version 23 application The results of this research can be concluded that the variable (X1) conversion of rice fields to the brick industry has an effect on the variable (Y) Community Income Decisions. Because with this land conversion, the income earned by the community can increase to meet their daily living needs. And in the Islamic view of land conversion, this is permitted because Allah allows humans to use and manage natural resources well. KEYWORDS: Land Conversion, Community Income.
