Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Psychological Capital dan Knowledge Sharing terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan swasta di Bandar Lampung dengan dimoderasi oleh Organizational Commitment, serta melihat bagaimana Psychological Capital, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Commitment, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dalam Perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 96 orang karyawan swasta di Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural equation modeling) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan kemudian data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Psychological Capital dan Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Commitment tidak memoderasi pengaruh Psychological Capital terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Organizational Commitment memoderasi pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Kata Kunci: Psychological Capital, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior iii ABSTRACT This research aims to examine the influence of Psychological Capital and Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in private employees in Bandar Lampung moderated by Organizational Commitment, as well as seeing how Psychological Capital, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influence Islamic Perspective. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 96 private employees in Bandar Lampung. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural equation modeling) using Partial Least Square (PLS) and then the data obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that the variables Psychological Capital and Knowledge Sharing have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
