Abstract

ABSTRAK Lokasi usaha adalah tempat perusahaan memproduksi barang atau jasa yang berfokus pada ekonomi. Perkembangan suatu perusahaan ditentukan oleh salah satu faktor penting yaitu penentuan lokasi. Pemlilihan lokasi penelitian pada Kecamatan Sukarame Kota Bandar Lampung dikarenakan kehadiran usaha jasa di sekitar kampus UIN Raden Intan Lampung yang semakin menjamur akan menyebabkan tata ruang yang tidak teratur, terjadi juga persebaran penduduk yang padat dan tidak merata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan bisnis, ketersediaan infrastruktur, dan biaya lokasi terhadap penentuan lokasi usaha dan ditinjau dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan bersifat asosiatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 250 Pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Sukarame. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan menghasilkan 71 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, alat pengunjian data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Bisnis berpengaruh terhadap Penentuan Lokasi Usaha. Variabel Biaya Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap Penentuan Lokasi Usaha. Variabel Ketersediaan Infrastruktur berpengaruh terhadap Penentuan Lokasi Usaha. Hasil pengujian secara simultan didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel Lingkungan Bisnis, Biaya Lokasi dan Ketersediaan Infrastruktur secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap terhadap variabel Penentuan Lokasi Usaha. Dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam melarang untuk melakukan kerusakan lingkungan, sehingga dapat merugikan orang lain. Allah SWT melarang umatnya untuk menghancurkan atau merusak yang ada di muka bumi, melainkan menjaga dan melindunginya. Pelaku kegiatan UMKM di Kecamatan Sukarame sendiri sudah termasuk dalm kriteria yang telah memberikan pengaruh atau manfaat baik lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar. Kata Kunci : Lokasi Usaha, Lingkungan Bisnis, Biaya Lokasi dan Ketersediaan Infrastruktur.ABSTRACT A business location is a place where a company produces goods or services that focus on the economy. The development of a company is determined by one important factor, namely determining location. The choice of research location in Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City was due to the increasingly mushrooming presence of service businesses around the UIN Raden Intan Lampung campus which would result in an irregular spatial layout, also resulting in a dense and uneven population distribution. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the business environment, infrastructure availability and location costs on determining business location and reviewed from an Islamic Economics perspective. This research was conducted quantitatively and is associative. Data sources use primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study was 250 MSMEs in Sukarame District. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and produced 71 respondents. The analysis method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, data testing tools use the SPSS 22.0 application. Partial research results show that Business Environment variables influence business location determination. Location Cost Variables influence Business Location Determination. The variable infrastructure availability influences business location determination. Simultaneous test results showed that the variables Business Environment, Location Costs and Infrastructure Availability together had an influence on the Determining Business Location variable. From an Islamic economic perspective, it is prohibited to damage the environment, so that it can harm other people. Allah SWT forbids His people from destroying or destroying anything on earth, but instead guards and protects it. MSME activity actors in Sukarame District themselves are included in the criteria that have had an influence or benefit on both the environment and the surrounding community.
