Abstract

ABSTRAK Harga sembako sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan dan minat konsumen. Sembilan bahan pokok atau sering disingkat sembako berupa Sembilan jenis kebutuhan pokok masyarakat yang terdiri atas berbagai bahanbahan makanan dan minuman. Perkembangan kebijakan harga sembako terhadap stabilitas ekonomi pada masyarakat miskin memberikan dampak bagi kehidupan sehari-hari. Kebijakan harga sembako adalah harga bahan sembako yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah guna mengatasi ketersediaan pemasokan bahan pokok untuk masyarakat terutama di Kecamatan Candipuro Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana pengaruh dinamika kebijakan harga sembako terhadap stabilitas ekonomi masyarakat miskin Di Kecamatan Candipuro, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan bagaimana pengaruh dinamika kebijakan harga sembako terhadap stabilitas ekonomi masyarakat miskin menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pendapat masyarakat miskin terhadap pengaruh dinamika kebijakan harga sembako di Kecamatan Candipuro, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan untuk menganalisa sejauh mana sudut pandang dalam ekonomi islam tentang pengaruh dinamika kebijakan harga sembako terhadap stabilitas ekonomi masyarakat miskin. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 97 responden yaitu pada masyarakat Di Kecamatan Candipuro dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Adapun alat dalam pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS 2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Uji-T (Parsial) yang diperoleh adalah Kebijakan Harga Sembako berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap stabilitas ekonomi masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Candipuro hal ini didasari oleh adanya kenaikan harga sembako yang selalu mengalami peningkatan harga. Dalam konsep Islam, harga ditentukan oleh keseimbangan permintaan dan penawaran. Keseimbangan ini terjadi bila antara penjual dan pembeli bersikap saling merelakan. Kesejahteraan dalam Islam yang mengajarkan bahwa semua orang berhak merasakan hidup sejahtera bukan hanya dirasakan oleh kaum yang mampu atau kaum yang berada saja namun seseorang yang memiliki keterbatasan atau berada didalam keadaan miskin juga berhak merasakan kesejahteraan. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Harga, Kemiskinan, Stabilitas dan Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT The price of groceries greatly influences the level of sales and consumer. Interest in the nine basic commodities or often abbreviated as basic necessities in the form of nine types of basic needs of the community which consist of various food and beverage ingredients. The development of the basic food price policy towards economic stability in the poor has an impact on everyday life. The basic food price policy is the price of basic food materials that has been set by the government in order to overcome the availability of supply of basic commodities for the community, especially in Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency. The formulation of the problem is how the Influence of dynamics of the basic food price policy affect the economic stability of the poor in Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency and how the Influence of dynamics of the basic food price policy affect the economic stability of the poor according to an Islamic economic perspective. The Study Aims to analyze the opinions of the poor on the dynamics of basic food price policies in Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency and to analyze the extent to which perspectives in the Islamic economy regarding the dynamics of basic food price policies on the economic stability of the poor. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents, namely the community in Candipuro District using random sampling techniques, using validity tests, reliability tests, analysis prerequisite tests, and hypothesis tests. The data processing tool used in this research is SPSS 2.9. The research results show that the T-Test (Partial) obtained is that the Basic Food Price Policy has a positive and significant effect on the economic stability of the poor in Candipuro District. This is based on the increase in basic food prices which always experience an increase in prices. In the Islamic concept, price is determined by the balance of demand and supply. This balance occurs when the seller and buyer are willing to accept each other. Prosperity in Islam teaches that everyone has the right to experience a prosperous life, not only those who can afford it or those who are well off, but someone who has limitations or is in a poor situation also has the right to experience prosperity.
