Abstract

ABSTRAK Generasi milenial merupakan penduduk yang lahir pada rentan tahun 1981-1996. maka banyak perusahaan yang menginginkan sumber daya manusia berada di dalamnya dikarenakan ide inovasi, gagasan yang membuat perusahaan mampu bertaha di persaingan pasar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah, apakah psychological capital dan self leadership berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap perilaku inovatf karyawan swasta kota andar lampung? Bagaimana psychological capital dan self leadership dan perilaku inovatif dalam perspektif bisnis islam. Tujuan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis psychological capital dan self leadership berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap perilaku inovatf karyawan swasta kota andar lampung? untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis psychological capital dan self leadership dan perilaku inovatif dalam perspektif bisnis islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis SPSS. Dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta dikota bandar lampung, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta generasi milenial Bandar Lampung dengan rentan usia 27- 42 tahun dengan jumlah 96 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, di dapatkan hasil bahwa Psychological Capital dan Self Leadership secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovatif karyawan swasta kota Bandar Lampung. Dengan nilai sig < 0,05. Hasil uji simultan mendapatkan hasil bahwa Psychological Capital Dan Self Leadership secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan swasta kota bandar lampung dengan Thitung > Ttabel. Dalam pandangan islam manusia di haruskan memiliki sikap yang cerdas dan bijaksana dalam menentukan hal apa yang di jalankan. The problem statement in this study is whether psychological capital and self�leadership partially and simultaneously affect the innovative behavior of private employees in the city of Andar Lampung? What is psychological capital, self-leadership and innovative behavior in terms of Islamic business. The purpose of the problem in this study is to identify and analyze the psychological capital and self-leadership that partially and simultaneously influence the innovative behavior of Andar Lampung private employees? know and analyze psychological capital, self-management and innovative behavior from the point of view of Islamic business. This study is a quantitative study using the SPSS analysis method. With primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study was private employees in the city of Bandar Lampung, and the sample in this study was private employees from the Bandar Lampung millennial generation with a vulnerable age of 27-42 years, a total of 96 respondents. The study found that Psychological Capital and Self�Leadership had a partially positive and significant impact on the pioneering private employees of Bandar Lampung. With sign value <0.05. Simultaneous test results show that Psychological Capital and Self-Leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the innovative behavior of private employees in the city of Bandar Lampung with Tcount > Ttable.
