Abstract

Salah satu kunci keberhasilan perusahaan dibutuhkan sumber daya yang proaktif. Pentingnya pengaruh dukungan organisasi pada perusahaan berperan menumbuhkan suatu ikatan yang terjadi pada karyawan. Kurangnya tingkat employee engagement, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia dan latar belakang pendidikan tenaga kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan SDM yang dibutuhkan, yang mengakibatkan proses pembangunan, pengembangan diKebun Raya Liwa sedikit terhambat dan perlunya penerapan employee engagement sesuai dengan perspektif eknomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Jumlah Sampel 45 Pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumen dan kuesioner, kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form dengan pertanyaan dan pernyataan yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Organizational Support dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Organizational Support dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. Perspektif Ekonomi Islam memandang bahwa Employee Engagement merupakan bentuk dari komitmen dari seseorang untuk ikut terlibat dalam pekerjaannya. Seseorang harus mempunyai usaha dan tanggung jawab untuk menyelesaikan segala bentuk pekerjaan yang telah dikerjakan. Memuculkan rasa keterikatan yang tinggi atau Employee Engagement dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesungguhnya dirahmati Allah SWT. The importance of the influence of organizational support on the company plays a role in fostering a bond that occurs in employees. The lack of employee engagement levels, the low quality of human resources and the educational background of the workforce that is not in accordance with the required human resources, which resulted in the development process at the Liwa Botanical Garden being slightly hampered and the need forimplementing employee engagement in accordance with islamic economic perspective. This research uses a type of field research (Field Research) and library research (library research) with a quantitative research approach with a total sample of 45 employees. Data collection used interviews, documents and questionnaires, questionnaires were distributed via Google form with questions and statements made by researchers. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the variables Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Culture partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. The results of this study also show that the variables Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Culture simultaneously or together have a significant effect on Employee Engagement. The Islamic Economic Perspective views that Employee Engagement is a form of commitment from a person to be involved in his work. Within a person must have effort and responsibility to complete all forms of work that has been done.
