Abstract

ABSTRAK Seharusnya jika sebuah sekolah sudah mampu menghadirkan guru-guru profesional sebagai tenaga pengajar maka tentunya kualitas peserta didiknya akan bagus dan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan baik oleh orang tua maupun sekolah sendiri. Namun yang terjadi dilokasi penelitian sangat berbanding terbalik dengan apa yang diharapkan misalnya, Beberapa siswa menyatakan kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelajaran dari guru, masih terdapat siswa maupun siswi yang nilainya dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM), masih banyak terlihat dan dijumpai siswa yang tingkat adab dan sopan santunnya yang rendah, dan ditemukan juga beberapa siswa yang mengeluh karena kesulitan dalam memahami pelajaran PAI Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel 71 siswa kelas XI dari jumlah seluruh populasi kelas XI yaitu sebanyak 355 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner untuk variabel X (kompetensi profesional guru), sedangkan untuk variabel Y (Hasil Belajar) menggunakan dokumentasi dari nilai ulangan semeseter. Pada penelitian ini analisis data dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25. Dan dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru PAI terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. Ini dibuktikan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,378 atau 37,8 %, dengan ini maka dapat kita lihat bahwa besarnya pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru PAI terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung adalah 37,8% sedangkan 62,2% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. However, what happened in the research location was inversely proportional to what was expected, for example, some students stated difficulties in understanding the subject matter from the teacher, there were still students whose grades were below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), there were still many students who were seen and found at the level of manners and low manners, and it was also found that some students complained because of difficulties in understanding PAI lessons This study used quantitative research methods, with a total sample of 71 students in class XI from the total population of class XI, which was 355 students. Sampling using probability random sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument for variable X (teacher's professional competence), while for variable Y (learning outcomes) used documentation of semester test scores. In this study, data analysis was carried out by researchers using simple linear regression, with the help of the SPSS 25 application. And from the results of this study it was concluded that there was an effect of the professional competence of PAI teachers on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.378 or 37.8%, with this we can see that the magnitude of the influence of the professional competence of PAI teachers on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung is 37.8% while the other 62.2%. influenced by other factors.
