Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini penting untuk dikembangkan dan anak�anak juga membutuhkan pengayaan pembendaharaan kata agar anak dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam berbahasa, baik dengan cara melihat, mendengar dan juga dengan cara berkomunikasi kepada lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial youtube kids terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini usia 5-6 tahun di TK Rumah Pintar Morotai Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksprimen (quasy expriment desain). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 anak yang berusia 5-6 tahun terdiri dari kelas eksprimen dan kelas kontrol. Alat pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji prasyarat data menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov untuk mengetahui data berdistribusi normal atau tidak dan uji homogenitas untuk mengetahui data homogeny atau tidak. Uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian menggunakan uji independent sample T-test. Dari tabel pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan hasil yang di dapat yaitu sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,45. Karena nilai 0,45 lebih besar dari 0,05 (>0,05) maka dapat diartikan Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel media sosial youtube kids (X) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel perkembangan bahasa (Y). Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis tersebut terbukti bahwa “ Tidak Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan antara Media Sosial Youtube Kids terhadap Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Usia Dini usia 5-6 tahun di TK Rumah Pintar Marotai Bandar Lampung”. Kata Kunci : Media sosial youtube, perkembangan bahasa iv ABSTRACT Early childhood language development is important to develop and children also need vocabulary enrichment so that children can improve their ability to speak, both by seeing, hearing and also by communicating with their environment. This study aims to determine the influence of YouTube kids social media on language development in early childhood aged 5-6 years at the TK Rumah Pintar Morotai Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods (quasy experimental design). The population and sample in this study were 16 children aged 5-6 years consisting of an experimental class and a control class. Data collection tools in the form of observation and documentation. The data prerequisite test uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test to find out whether the data is normally distributed or not and the homogeneity test to find out whether the data is homogeneous or not. Test the hypothesis to find out the results of the study using the independent sample T-test. From the table testing the hypothesis using the Independent Sample T-test shows the results obtained are sig (2-tailed) of 0.45. Because the value of 0.45 is greater than 0.05 (> 0.05) it means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that the variable social media youtube kids (X) has no significant effect on the language development variable (Y). From the results of testing the hypothesis it is proven that "There is no significant influence between Youtube Kids Social Media on the Language Development of Early Childhood Ages 5-6 years in the Marotai Smart House Kindergarten Bandar Lampung".
