Abstract

ABSTRAK Data kinerja, kehadiran dan keterlambatan karyawan PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2022 yaitu menunjukkan bahwa karyawan masih rendah dalam mentaati peraturan dan masih banyaknya jumlah kemangkiran dan keterlambatan. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penulisan ini adalah (1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia? (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara authentic leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia? (3) Bagaimana pandangan ekonomi Islam mengenai kinersja karyawan pada PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Seowon Manufac�turing Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 64 orang diambil dengan cara Random sampling dengan teknik Slovin sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi li�nier sederhana yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia, authentic leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia. Pandangan Islam mengenai kinerja karyawan PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia sudah menjalankan dengan syariat Islam. Kata Kunci: Employee Engagement, Authentic Leadership, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT Performance data, attendance and tardiness of employees of PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia from June to August 2022, which shows that employees are still low in complying with regulations and there are still many absences and tardiness. The problems studied in this paper are (1) Is there a positive and significant influence between employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia? (2) Is there a positive and significant influence between authentic leadership on employee performance at PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia? (3) What is the view of Islamic economics regarding the performance of employees at PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia? This study uses a quantitative approach method. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia. The sample used was 64 people taken by random sampling with slovin sampling technique. The data analysis used was a simple linear regression analysis which was processed using SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicate that the employee engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia, authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia. Islamic views regarding the performance of employees of PT. Seowon Manufacturing Indonesia has implemented Islamic law. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Authentic Leadership, Employee Performance.
