Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh Arti Setiasari Proses rekrutmen kader partai politik sering dihadapkan dengan permasalahan rekrutmen kader partai politik tertutup dan tidak secara transparan, kurangnya sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat terkait proses rekrutmen kader partai dan tidak akuntabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi rekrutmen serta dampak rekrutmen kader partai politik oleh DPC Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah terhadap penambahan jumlah kader. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi rekrutmen Partai PDIP DPC Lampung Tengah adalah sistem terbuka artinya siapa saja diberikah hak untuk bergabung menjadi kader PDIP DPC Lampung Tengah asalkan sesuai dengan AD/ART partai PDIP guna menjalankan visi dan misi yang sama dengan aturan UUD 1945 artinya sistem yang digunakan dalam rekrutmen PDIP DPC Lampung tengah dengan demikian partai PDIP DPC Lampung Tengah telah mampu mengoptimalkan rekrutmen politik pada partainya. Adapun dampak rekrutmen kader PDIP terhadap penambahan jumlah kader Berdasarkan jumlah suara pada calon legislative DPRD oleh DPC Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) dengan total keseluruhan suara berjumlah 58.709. Dengan begitu dampak rekrutmen kader PDIP terhadap penambahan jumlah kader menjadikan partai PDIP mampu menjaga nama baik partai, loyalitas serta mampu bersaing dalam legislatif dengan perolehan suara yg semakin tinggi pada pemilu 2019-2024 dari tahun sebelumnya. ABSTRACT The process of recruiting political party cadres is often faced with the problem of recruiting political party cadres in a closed and not transparent manner, lack of outreach to the public regarding the recruitment process of party cadres and is not accountable. This study aims to determine the recruitment strategy and the impact of the recruitment of political party cadres by the DPC of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in Central Lampung Regency on increasing the number of cadres. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research with a type of field research with purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment strategy for the PDIP DPC Central Lampung Party is an open system, meaning that anyone is given the right to join as a PDIP DPC Central Lampung cadre as long as it is in accordance with the AD/ART of the PDIP party to carry out the same vision and mission as the 1945 Constitution, meaning a system that used in the recruitment of PDIP DPC Central Lampung thus the PDIP DPC Central Lampung party has been able to optimize political recruitment in its party. The impact of PDIP cadre recruitment on increasing the number of cadres Based on the number of votes in the DPRD legislative candidates by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) DPC with a total of 58,709 votes. That way the impact of recruiting PDIP cadres on increasing the number of cadres will make the PDIP party able to maintain the good name of the party, loyalty and be able to compete in the legislature with higher vote acquisition in the 2019-2024 election than the previous year.
